Wow...I've been following Phil and his lawsuit. He is my hero. I was never interested in this election until Sarah Palin was picked...

Who or what department in the Federal Government is responsible for ensuring that candidates for President & VP are qualified?
For that matter, who insures that candidates for the house and senate are also qualified?
I have read the twentieth Amendment several times and it is CRYSTAL CLEAR that if a candidate is not qualified by January 20th he or she will not be Inaugurated until such time as he/she is deemed qualified. If then, Barry Obama can't be qualified the house will select another. But who determines if a candidate is qualified?
Why doesn’t someone challenge his qualification to be a US senator in Illinois?

So all you have to do is notify "whoever" of the donations to match by forwarding the receipt.

In this instance, failing to challenge the charges is as good as admitting to them directly (from a legal standing). You may not like the law, but you cannot deny the law.

The number is out of sequence, 151, it proves that it is a forgery, the FBI knows about this. 151 could not have been born in 1961 - it's the forger's fatal mistake.
