Plaintiff Phil J. Berg filed two motions today seeking an expedited resolution in Berg v. Obama. (PDF's of the motions are attached below.)
PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT AGAINST DEFENDANTS, BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA and THE DEMOCRATIC NATIONAL COMMITTEE
This motion argues that the facts have been established that Barack Obama is not constitutionally qualified to be elected or serve as President of the United States, and that the Court should issue a summary judgment as follows:
- That Barack Hussein Obama a/k/a Barry Hussein Obama a/k/a Barack Dunham a/k/a Barry Dunham a/k/a Barack Soetoro a/k/a Barry Soetoro is not a “natural born” or “naturalized” United States citizen.
- That he is ineligible to run for and/or serve as President of the United States.
- That the Democratic National Committee be enjoined from naming Barack Hussein Obama, et al as the Democratic Presidential Candidate on the ballot.
- That the Democratic National Committee and Barack Hussein Obama, et al are enjoined from any further campaigning on behalf of Barack Hussein Obama, et al for Office of the Presidency.
- That Barack Hussein Obama’s, et al name be removed from any and all ballots for the Office of the President of the United States.

This motion requests that the court:
- Grant Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment.

- Order that a Ruling, Hearing and/or Resolution be set for a specific date.

Barack Obama is going to Hawaii today to see his ailing grandmother. Expect him to return to CONUS with his birth certificate, which his grandmother just happened to find. I will have the proper offiicial stamp, aging effects and any other artifacts to make it appear to be authentic. Attorney Berg should be ready first thing to submit it to the FBI lab for complete authentification before it is accepted by the court.

Mr. Cavanaugh: If you would take a few minutes to read the latest court papers, you would find that Mr. Berg has over $40,000 in this case already and he is going after the other side to cover that.

We know form emails Jerome Corsi brought back form Kenya, Obama not only supported the Kenyan violence by Odinga, he ADVISED it. The emails were to and from his US Senate office email account. He has his surrogates in this country threatening similar violence if he isn't elected.
I have news for Obambi and Michelle, they don't get their coronations via threats. I live in South Central Texas. If Obambi sends his trolls to start riots down here, they will go home wishing they stayed away from here. There are too many people in Texas who are well armed and will shoot an intruder into our homes as look at them. We also have the castle law where if an intruder breaks into our homes, businesses, or cars, we have the legal right to shoot and kill them and not face anycharges. That went a long way towards greatly reducing car-jackings in this state.
It has NOTHING to do with racism (except for how Obama is brainwashing his trolls) and EVERYTHING to do with protecting our homes, businesses and families. We won't put up with that crap in Texas.

Wow! Berg was on Michael Savage and G. Gordon Liddy radio programs and they were great! Download the mp3's and email them to as many people as you can. Email the MSMs and demand coverage. convince members of congress to question Obama's legal qualifications under the constitution on Jan6, 08 when the electorial college votes are counted in a joint session of congress. Any objection to Obama's qualification as a natural born citizen
could and should be passionately brought forth for the full joint session of congress to
consider. Will just 1 senator and 1 congressman stand up and exclaim, at the least, Obama should explain why he and the dnc have challenged in court the right of the American people to see the original copy of his birth certificate and why he will not produce the original copy of his birth certificate for examindation?
America call, email,write and fax the congress and DEMAND you senator or representative exclaim your right as an American Voter to see Obama's original birth certificate. Also ask them if they are planning to do anything to protect and defend the constitution of the US.
Sound the alarm as Paul Revere did but ride the horse of modern technology.

convince members of congress to question Obama's legal qualifications under the constitution on Jan6, 08 when the electorial college votes are counted in a joint session of congress. Any objection to Obama's qualification as a natural born citizen

Will just 1 senator and 1 congressman stand up and exclaim, at the least, Obama should explain why he and the dnc have challenged in court the right of the American people to see the original copy of his birth certificate and why he will not produce the original copy of his birth certificate for examindation?

Good Evening, Earlier today I posted a theory, that I thought the whole grandma thing was a hoax and the real reason is that the CIA was going to make Obama disappear...because Mr. Berg is right. Here's what I theorized: that when the two candidates were summoned to the White House over the weekend to "discuss" terrorism, they were really going over plans of how to deal with Mr. Berg's proof without causing National riots and costing the taxpayers millions in Committee investigations and probes. So Monday, Barry says grandma is sick and he is rushing to her side on Thursday. I theorized that his plane would go missing, then the nation would oooh and ahhhh like they did over Anna Nicole Smith, and all would be forgotten in a week. Anyway, I was saying that tongue in cheek...what's weird???? Look at the news clips from his speech today in Indiana. Toward the end, he's telling voters to get out and vote early, especially those that can over the weekend...'because you never know what could happen'........I think that's a weird thing for someone to say. Maybe I'm not so off base, and Mr. Berg's lawsuit meant something to someone and the government is going to make him go away, it would save face of the DNC, Howard Dean, and anyone else that was connected with the creep.

My theory is BO knows this is all going to come out. Because it is all over the blogs and is already cresting into Savage Nation and Rush Limbaugh, it is going to eventually hit the main media.
I believe we may get a ruling tomorrow or early next week from the judge. Also the API editor will be on the radio Monday evening with Momma-E/
He already said he thinks the tapes will be released before he speaks.
This could be a stunning weekend! I sure hope so. And I hope Berg gets the judge to agree.

API was not even on the radar. If you have listened to Savage before you know 1/3 of his show is commercials. I'd say Berg was only on for two segements and again, since it is Savage you have to listen to him more than the guest. Phil was good, he did a fine job but to think it was any kind of exhaustive discussion would be an error. Berg barely got to speak about the Indonesian angle and the return to Hawaii was simply mentioned.
The big scoop was the tape of Sarah Obama, the paternal grandmother, is on audio tape saying she saw THE ONE being born in the delivery room in Kenya. Now Berg did not say he had the tape in hand yet (does that sound familiar?) but he does expect to have it very soon.
Go listen to the interview yourself, don't take my word, then make up your mind on the information.

What amazes me is that we are all from different states, I am sure, (WI here), yet still United and I applaud each and every one of you. Joan and Butch said what I would have, but I just tried to minimize the point. My prediction is tonight or tomorrow night, we'll hear, "air traffic controllers lost a plane from radar, more at 11" Keep in mind it's the weekend and wall st. is closed, then next we'll hear "It's possible Obama was on this missing plane" then about 4am Sunday morning they'll find wreckage and no Obama. It would avoid a national crisis, let the economy get back on track and the whole Washington mess will soon be a memory like that little Cuban boy issue that happened in Fla. not too long ago (remember the dad fighting for custody?)Same thing, this will all fade away, but, to me it doesn't matter if Mr. Berg wins in court or that way, either way he won as far as I'm concerned, by stopping this scam artist.

I think they thought they could get away with it and have now doubled down on that fact. I also think this court case is KEY. I think they thought this case would be tossed on "standing" and I think Berg did and admirable job of arguing "standing". The REVISED filing is ten times better than the original filing, especially with regard to "standing" issues. Now this is simply my opinion.
I think the puppet master is Soros. I think he is behind the financial problems to a large degree. It was made easy for him with the invention of the credit default swaps where a highly leveraged, newly created, non regulated financial instrument allowed a big bet against the sub-prime mortgages to be made with small capital exposure. Now they are very close to installing THAT ONE and I don't think they will leave without causing MAJOR trouble.
While we here agree that the Constitution is clear and needs to be followed I can imagine that many of THAT ONE'S followers don't care about "natural born". I can see problems if THAT ONE is found to be inelligible and, if they can't get the White House then causing major problems will be plan B.

Thanks for the heads up, that's why I always try to get folks to listen themselves, to make their own analysis. Looks like I need to cut down on the amount of tasks I'm doing at one time. Obama has probably arrived in Hawaii by now. I hope and pray, that Obama will be sanctioned and his every move watched like a hawk. Hawaiian officials should be briefed on Obama's arrivals and all important documents should be kept under lock and key from anyone even remotely connected to the Obama camp. Any activities of Obama outside from visiting his grandmother should viewed with strict scrunity. I hope that Berg is in touch with Hawaiian Officials and is taking steps to prevent Obama from attempting to taint the present lawsuit in anyway.

The privacy laws in this country are strong, and I appreciate that, so there is no way to get those kinds of documents unless a court orders it and probably guards the privacy while getting the public interest question answered. That's why this case is key, the court can get the information that Berg can not.

another way that the factcheck COLB is fake is that the filing date is the day of Obama's supposed birthday. My wife's, my daughter's and my birth cert shows a filing date of at least a week later if not longer. One can supposed that back then in HI, this would also be the case. When my daughter was born, we didn't even submit the paperwork until just before leaving the hospital. Can some around that time period in HI also see if this is the case with theirs?

I believe that this is part of the reason that this is beginning to hit the media. I was hearing about it all afternoon/evening last night on the talk radio station in my area after several months of people calling up the particular hosts about the issue.
