If this candidate wins the election, then obviously there is standing for anyone to question his qualification (being a natural born citizen, age, residence.)

The 20th Amendment governs and to my reading seems to say that the President elect (as well as the Vice President elect) have the requirement to show qualification (age 35+, 14+ yr resident, natural born citizen.)

What I don’t understand is the mechanism to affirm that he is “qualified,” previous to inauguration.

Section 3 of the 20th Amendment :

“If a President shall not have been chosen before the time fixed for the beginning of his term, or if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President elect nor a Vice President elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.”

Anyway, if elected, this is where the controversy will go, and the controlling law is the 20th Amendment. As I read it, the ball is in the court of the President elect to show that he is qualified per the Constitution, as a requirement to be inaugurated.

Deadlines - does anybody know what the deadlines are?
Specifically, Berg's order for OBAMA to produce documents - when do they have to be produced?
Is there any deadline on how long the judge can take to decide on the motion to dismiss?
If neither of these deadlines exist, then does Berg have any plan of action in case the days and weeks just roll by with no decision from the judge?

I think you're right Frank. It probably is because they don't want to prejudice the judge or else Hannity and Rush would have been all over this already. I've been following this for weeks now and even e-mailed FOX News a few times but still have not heard even a mention. It's true that he could be removed after in office if this goes Berg's way but why wait until then? That would leave Biden as President and who wants that? I also wonder why the judge is taking so long. It's only a birth certificate for crying out loud.

Still trying to figure out how the deadlines work. In Berg's revised complaint he states that After filing his original complaint OBAMA had until September 25 to answer. But that by presenting the motion to dismiss on that date, they satisfied that requirement, and now dont have to answer until the motion to dismiss is decided. But then why did OBAMA submit a motion to stop discovery until after the motion to dismiss is decided? That makes it seem like OBAMA must still be under a requirement to produce documents by some date, otherwise they wouldnt need the motion. But what is that date?

Good question John - When is the latest day the judge can release an order on the case?

Well, as an anxious Republican trapped in a Canadian body -- is there a surgery for this? -- I would rather have Biden than the sinister Obama. I would say that overall, a Biden presidency is not as good as a McCain-Palin team, but infinitely better than BHO.

This video has only 49 hits. If you had added more keys to be circulated we all could have emailed it to our friends and family. Not many people know about the update about this case since the media is not talking about it. I suggest you do that ASAP so everyone can look at it. Tks.

There are so many forums out there and they are very active and full of interested people.

Whether or not they agree with the lawsuit, it will at least garner some attention and be less of a "outrage" when it does make the main stream media

I have been using Craigslist to get to people in the battleground states for over 3 weeks now. This has been a VERY effective approach to getting the truth out to these remote areas where the people have no idea what's going on. (many people have emailed me back praising my efforts)...Basically I have a template made up that I save in a word document containing about 20 youtube videos that reveal the REAL Barack Hussein Obama. What I do is post an ad in the For Sale / FREE category, claiming that I will send these people free DVD's, and they get to choose which youtube videos they want on their free DVD. In reality, I am not going to ever send them a DVD, and most people don't even ask for it because they can simply watch the youtube links instead. But by offering a free tangible product (DVD), it becomes a legitimate ad even though the real purpose of the ad is to simply advertise the youtube links. However, my ads get flagged down very frequently but this is a good thing, I simply repost the ad and it always stays at the top of the list as long as I keep getting flagged.

Another method that I use is simply going through all of the ads and collecting all of the email addresses. I copy about 30 at a time, and then I paste all of them in to the BCC field of my email client (gmail) and fire off the same template, but with an opening paragraph letting the person know that I am not responding to their ad but that I have important news for them that the mainstream media won't show them. Yes, this may be called SPAM, but the people will watch the videos regardless and it is still very effective.

I cannot think of a more effective way to get in touch directly with people in the battleground states, as long as people are placing ads on craigslist, we will always have a way to reach them until election day. If everyone starts doing what I have been doing over the last few weeks, we should be able to get to thousands of people and maybe even be able to see the polls change as the days go by. I believe that there is a large number of obama supporters in the battleground states that know nothing about his past and his eligibility to serve as POTUS, and that if we are to deliver the facts to them that the media won't, we can probably swing these people over to McCain.

Effective or not, I will continue to do what I have been doing until election day. John McCain has put his life before mine and has fought for me ever since, this is the least I can do to thank him aside from voting for him on November 4th.

Rick R. I like your style. You stick to the battleground states. I'll pick up a few other major cities and other states and get the word going there as well. The MSM is waiting for the judge to make a ruling and then they will ALL be begging Phil to be on their shows. They could care less whether or not they influence the judge. In fact, some of them would probably LIKE to influence the jduge if it would help with their own agenda.

Second, of course Phil has a plan b. Do you really doubt it? As he has announced he has plans to appeal if the judge rules against us, all the way to the Supreme Court, do you really doubt he will fight to the bitter end? If you doubt his steadfast determination, don't. He will fight until there is nothing else to be done. If you doubt anyone and everything else, don't ever doubt Phil. I have known him for more than 10 years. He will fight as long as he is able.

Please forward the Michelle Obama quote to Phil or notify him of its existence. He will verify its validity to the case.

Michelle Obama is not a dope. She has almost certainly been told to keep mum on this and any other matter that may affect her husband. This story is likely a plant to further discredit the cause. It is very likely Dem sympathizers planted this story hoping that Berg and everyone else will latch on to it only to discredit it later. The false reports of Berg being in possesion of the BCs from Kenya is the same tactic. Someone needs to get MO to confirm her comments before we start repeating this as fact.

This is a very interesting turn of events. The American man Dr Corsi was recently reported to have been arrested in Kenya because there was fear that he might reveal information on Obama when he wanted to hold a press conference in Nairobi.

The question now is why he was arrested and who ordered his arrest. Was Obama’s hand in this in any way? We will never know the truth but what is clear is that Dr Corsi was seen as a threat while in Kenya.

When API asked Mrs Obama to comment on why Dr Corsi was arrested by the Kenyan government and whether she thought Kenya’s Prime Minister Mr Raila Odinga was involved in Dr Corsi’s arrest, she got irritated and and simply told API not to dig that which will support evil people who are out to stop her husband from getting the presidency.

When asked who she was referring to as the evil people, she stated that she was not going to elaborate much on that but that many conservative white people and even some African Americans were against her husband, but that this group of blacks were simply doing so because of envy.

On Farakhan and his ministry, Mrs Obama told API that it was unfortunate that Mr Farakhan came out the way he did supporting her husband openly before the elections was over. That was not wholehearted support but one that was calculated to convince the American people that my husband will support the growth of muslim faith if he became the president, adding “even if my husband was able to prove that he is not a Muslim, he will not be believed by those who have come out strongly to destroy his chances of being the next President. Do real people expect someone to deny a religion when 80 percent of his relatives are Muslims?; Mrs Obama asked.

Mrs Obama asked API to write a good story about her husband and that will earn API an invitation to the innoguration ceremony when, as she put it , her husband will be installed as the next President of the United States of America next year.

API appears as if they operate out of Africa, which means it is already tomorrow in a different time zone.

I am holding off on posting this link right now, until Berg and his team confirms it validity. I strongly suggest waiting until we get word of its validity.

Accusing API of colluding with American internet bloggers in an effort to bring down her husband, Mrs Obama said she decided to call API because of what she termed, API’s help to spread rumours created by American bloggers and other racist media outlets in their efforts to damage a black man’s name, saying she hopes African Media was mature enough to be in the front to give unwavering support to her husband, a man Africans should identify themselves with.

This is a very interesting turn of events. The American man Dr Corsi was recently reported to have been arrested in Kenya because there was fear that he might reveal information on Obama when he wanted to hold a press conference in Nairobi.

The question now is why he was arrested and who ordered his arrest. Was Obama’s hand in this in any way? We will never know the truth but what is clear is that Dr Corsi was seen as a threat while in Kenya.

When API asked Mrs Obama to comment on why Dr Corsi was arrested by the Kenyan government and whether she thought Kenya’s Prime Minister Mr Raila Odinga was involved in Dr Corsi’s arrest, she got irritated and and simply told API not to dig that which will support evil people who are out to stop her husband from getting the presidency.

When asked who she was referring to as the evil people, she stated that she was not going to elaborate much on that but that many conservative white people and even some African Americans were against her husband, but that this group of blacks were simply doing so because of envy.

On Farakhan and his ministry, Mrs Obama told API that it was unfortunate that Mr Farakhan came out the way he did supporting her husband openly before the elections was over. That was not wholehearted support but one that was calculated to convince the American people that my husband will support the growth of muslim faith if he became the president, adding “even if my husband was able to prove that he is not a Muslim, he will not be believed by those who have come out strongly to destroy his chances of being the next President. Do real people expect someone to deny a religion when 80 percent of his relatives are Muslims?; Mrs Obama asked.

HERE IS WHAT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE NEED TO DO. Write, call, email the congress to demand that Barack Hussein Obama presents a valid birth certificate that verifies he is a natural born US citizen at the time the electors' votes are counted!

Amendment XX has procedures for dealing with a situation where “the President elect shall have failed to qualify”. All the duties surrounding the issue of counting the electors ballots and selecting the President if no clear winner exits are designated to Congress.

It is not spelled out but if a challenge to a President’s qualifications were made at the time the electors’ votes are counted, Congress would have to deal with the issue.

Evidence could be presented and testimony heard, then a decision would have to be made. There is nothing in the Constitution giving the courts authority to make the decision; lawyers think the courts are always the place for making decisions so they don’t think of other options that fit better with the structure of the Constitution.

It does not matter whether the challenge is to the election of McCain, Obama or anyone else, the process would be the same.

If the defect in the President’s qualifications were to come to light after the President was sworn in then the procedures for impeachment would be appropriate, since running for office in violation of the constitutional requirement for being a “natural born Citizen” would be high Crime or Misdemeanor.

Do you really want to do something to help the cause?

Call the DNC, call your Congressional Representatives and Senators, call the media - tv, newspapers and radio.

DEMAND (from the DNC) especially that BHO produce the documents for the court or tell them not to ocunt on your support. Now if a million people alone started calling and jamming the DNC communications systems, they'd be in a full blown panic. If every person polled started saying they aren't supporting the DNC until BO produces proof he is a citizen, his numbers would drop dramatically and ALL HELL would break loose. The DNC would be forced to do their job if they aren't actively complicit in aiding and abetting in the fraud and resulting coverup.

I think it would sure get the attention of the DNC that we aren't having an illegal alien stealing our presidency and destroying our Constitution. What could they say? They refuse to prove he's eligible? That isn't going to play very well in Ohio, Michigan, Florida, Pennsylvania, or any of the swing states.

I would be happy to go to DC and Stand all day and night long for our constitution. I am not good at organizing things like that, but I can be there if given the day and time to show up. I am about an 8 hour drive away! If anyone wants to organize a date and time I will pass the message to everyone at Greta wire and John McCains website. Maybe this is too simple of a question, but....

Can't records be obtained without a motion for Discovery, via the FOIA from Immigration (Homeland Security)? If Obama failed to go through Immigration after his return to the US, couldn't a citizen request limited proof of that with a FOIA request?? I'm a dual citizen/national and my employer (the FAA) did that, as par for the course prior to hiring.

It seems completely normal to request a stay of discovery when the motion to dismiss is based on a proceduaral issue like standing. My understanding of the DNC's position is the Mr. Berg does not have standing to bring this claim. Is this not a correct understanding of the motion to dismiss?

If the Judge agrees that the law says Mr. berg has no standing, that's it for the case. If not, he will order discovery at that time. No evidence is needed to decide the standing issue, so moving to stay discovery seems like a normal move in any litigation, and a lawyer who did not ask for so much would likely be committing malpractice.

Why is there such an issue about this here on this website, it's simply procedural and completely normal in any litigation? it might be helpful if Mr. berg explained the litigation process to the non-lawyers on the site, to clarify what is ususal and what is not, if he can do so.

Even with an FOIA request, one cannot obtain the documents Mr. Berg is requesting. That only pertains to public, not private and personal, information (like the law school applications, bar admissions applications, financial aid applications etc) that Mr. berg is seeking.

Curious where my discovery post question disappeared to? I am wondering why this stay request is different than any litigation stay request on a procedural motion to dismiss? Is that a cotroversial question or something, or did the site mess up and not post my question?

Although this literature references African Americans, much of what is discussed is applicable to African people throughout the world.

How have unity, racial pride, and educational aspiration, once hallmarks of Black identity so dramatically declined? How did we African Americans become living contradictions of our former selves? Do we continue to accept the easy and convenient answer that these cultural traits all merely disintegrated when integration and other subsequent opportunities became available? Or do we open our eyes and recognize the truth about what is really happening to us?

Because this literature exposes the profound dimensions of hidden, conspiratorial racism that secretly still exists at governmental levels in the United States, these are therefore very dangerous areas that the author is exploring. For if this disclosure was to become better known among African Americans, the U.S. Government would most certainly initiate a national campaign of spin control and coverage through the national media and the Internet with experts lined up to dispute its premise.

The reason of why is because this article offers the truth for those who will listen for it. A reality of truth that must prevail if we Black people are to be a part of the future. We can no longer survive as a race hanging on to lies. The many problems now facing Black America will not be corrected by implementing outdated strategies of foot marches, speeches, or the commemoration of fallen Black martyrs. Nor will these problems be corrected by the preaching of scriptures from any of our religious texts, be they Christian or Muslim, but instead by initiating the next and more profound stage in the battle for Black liberation by breaking into newer, previously unexplored territories that exposes the fiercest and most lethal system of institutionalized racism now facing Black America.

Today, the most detrimental system of racism adversely affecting Black America is neither police brutality, racial profiling, nor is it the Ku Klux Klan. It is instead, an elaborate, modern, and massive system of covert White racism. It is so subtle, pervasive, well-organized, complete, and proficient that it may be the single most aggravating factor behind the persistent national disparities and culture of failure now afflicting Black America; yet most African Americans are totally unaware of its existence. Most African Americans are totally unaware of this method of emitting white racism; therefore many will find it too shocking to contemplate. Nevertheless, it is directly intertwined with the extensive challenges negatively impacting Black America today.

Although the United States Government portrays itself as the leading ethical and moral authority of the world and professes equal rights for all American citizens, its oldest and most important objective has always been an unyielding commitment towards the preservation of its White dominance and control. Therefore, if the U.S. government treated its Black population in a manner which did not promote maintaining its White dominance and control, it would be diametrically opposed to itself. This hidden scenario has always necessitated the U.S. Government to secretly use every conceivable means and opportunity to suppress the advancement and growth of its Black population; even those suppressive methods that contradict its own stated moral and ethical values. While that previous statement may sound very preposterous for some, it is however not uncommon. For since the beginning of recorded history, ruling governmental bodies of nearly every nation have involved themselves in implementing methods designed to maintain and defend their positions of established power against its minority group. The U.S. government is in no way an exception to this rule, but rather to the contrary, it is a leader of implementing suppressive methods to defend its positions of established power against its minority group. In fact from the time that Africans were first enslaved and brought to America its government has always implemented methods designed to ensure that its White dominance be maintained...

Obama is commiting a crime, I believe. We as voters, deserve to know the truth! Remove Obama from the ballot. We must act together as soon as possible.

During slavery, Blacks were not allowed to be educated, speak among themselves in their native languages, or to congregate in large groups except during their religious services which their masters often oversaw.

Even after the abolishment of slavery, Jim Crow inequities continued White dominance through denying Blacks the right to vote and the brutal lynching of thousands of African Americans. After these blatant methods used to ensure the continuance of its White dominance had become morally unacceptable, the United States government secretly create and applied a more subtle, sophisticated, and socially acceptable method for ensuring the continuence of its white dominance and control.

Although today most African Americans do not experience racism the way their parents experienced it, they do, however, still experience White racism. White America’s practices of economically exploiting and suppressing its Black population were never actually abandoned, but instead sophisticatedly reincarnated. White America’s methods of institutional racism has been secretly modified into a more contemporary and stealthy design that provides a more socially acceptable means to covertly control and suppress the advancement of its African American population.

The U.S. government secretly implemented its largest ever covert operation against its Black population through a sophisticated media deployed psychosocial program of where in which African Americans are perpetually misled and manipulated by way of fraudulent negative media reports and false statistics that are designed to corrupt their sense of unity and lesson pressure for social change in their behalf thus facilitating a national consensual setting for their easier exploitation and suppression.

Unlike the blatantly overt system of racism used in the past that resulted in African Americans unifying themselves against it, this modern system of racism is not easily recognized or comprehended by its Black victims. It is so well disguised that although many of its Black victims may instinctively feel that there is something wrong, they are however unable to sufficiently conceptualize it so that they can unify and defend themselves against it. It is so sophisticated that even the very brightest of African Americans may have little, if any hope of extricating themselves from its detrimental effects.

Although the formal covert Counterintelligence Program [COINTELPRO] deployed by the FBI directed against African Americans during the period of 1956-1971 was discontinued. However, in truth today there is a far more sophisticated and massive governmental scheme being implemented against the entire African American population as a means of ensuring that white dominance and control is maintained. Although public information from Immigration is limited, it is available. Any US citizen can request info and receive limited information, such as *if someone is a US citizen*. For example, my employer's FOIA request reflected: 1) The name/location of my Consulate office, 2) My citizen status and date. Who wouldn't want that information about Obama? Limited as it might be.

Either Immigration would state he is a US citizen, or that he was not. Would they provide copies of documents? No (didn't in my case). But they would yield a "yes" or "no" - Employers do this ALL the time.

Some of the posters seem to think it is a legit article.

Dr. Edward Bernays was a nephew of Sigmund Freud and one of the most skillful experts in mass manipulation. More than a century ago, Charles Darwin predicted in his book, “The Origin of Species” (1859) that “the evolutionary theory would one day provide a new foundation for the science of psychology.” The truth in Darwin’s words where realized when the science of psychology, through the methods of propaganda techniques, was codified and applied in a scientific manner by Dr. Edward Bernays early in the 20th century. He (Bernays) invented the modern day Madison Avenue advertising Agencies by using his Uncle Sigmund’s knowledge of the human psyche to make people feel they needed whatever product was being advertised. Edward Bernays also invented the public relations profession in the 1920s and was the first person to take Freud’s ideas to manipulate the masses. Bernays was one of the main architects of the modern techniques of mass-consumer persuasion. He showed American corporations how they could make people want things they didn’t need by systematically linking mass-produced goods to their unconscious desires.

His most notorious feat was breaking the taboo on women smoking by persuading them that cigarettes were a symbol of independence and freedom. Bernays was convinced that this mass method of manipulation was more than just a way of selling consumer goods. For him it was a new political idea of how to control the masses. By satisfying the inner irrational desires that his uncle, Sigmund Freud, had identified, people could be made happy, docile, angry, self hating or even confused.

During World War I, Bernays and journalist Walter Lippman were hired by then United States President, Woodrow Wilson, to participate in the Creel Commission, the mission of which was to sway popular opinion in favor of entering the war, on the side of Britain. The war propaganda campaign of Bernays and Lippman produced such an intense anti-German hysteria as to permanently impress America’s governmental elites with the potential of large-scale propaganda to control public opinion. Edward Bernays advised US presidents from Woodrow Wilson to Eisenhower and served numerous corporations and business associations. This was the start of the mass media and governmental psychological manipulation programs which has come to covertly dominate today’s world. One of Bernays biggest fans was Hitler’s propaganda chief, Joseph Goebbels, a fact about which Bernays bragged proudly. A common pattern used repeatedly by Bernays was to turn a harmless entity into a fearsome enemy through lies and manufactured news items. Then use the “threat” to justify attacking the entity. Edward Bernays coined the terms “group mind” and “engineering consent”, important concepts in practical propaganda work. Bernays said in his 1928 book Propaganda, that; “The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in a democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country. He further states that; “If we understand the mechanism and motives of the group mind, it is now possible to control and regiment the masses according to our will without them knowing it.” The current public relations industry is a direct outgrowth of Bernays’ work and his method of mass psychological manipulation is also still currently used by the United States government.

Today, in carrying out many of its social-engineering agendas, the United States Government has acquired a long history of conducting extensive campaigns of strategic psychological operations [based upon the works of Benays] through the national media to influence the perception and climate of the nation towards its governmental objectives. Because the nineteen sixties were a period of massive black rebellion and unrest that eroded the American global image, increasingly placed the nation’s peace and stability in dire jeopardy, caused the U.S. Government to fear the uprising of a violent Black revolution, and perhaps most particularly because the nations top sociologist and psychologist knew that those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable. As someone born in Ecuador with friends and relatives in Latin America, I’m terrified watching how people in the United States are being manipulated just like people in Cuba, Venezuela, Bolivia and Ecuador to put a Marxist in power.

The similarities between Rafael Correa’s campaign for president of Ecuador and that of Obama for U.S. president are amazing. Even the slogans (CHANGE, YES WE CAN, etc.) are the same. Correa’s campaign was part of a plan laid out by Castro at the Marxist Sao Paulo’s forum in the 90’s to spread Marxism. Correa is now a dictator working with Chávez y Islamics. It seems Odinga’s and Obama’s campaigns also part of that plan.

When informed Ecuadorians realized the amazing similarities between candidate Correa and candidate Obama, they felt confident that Americans could not be fooled as Ecuadorians had. However, it seems many Americans are as clueless as the poorest and most ignorant people in Ecuador or Bolivia.

Latin-American presidents-turned Marxist dictators (Chávez, Morales, Correa, etc.) also seem to have connections with Soros and the Islamics. Informed Ecuadorians were not able to convince their clueless compatriots that Correa was a fake and not the young and wonderful savior the media was portraying. They could not compete in ads with the millions Correa had (mostly from unknown sources). The CHANGE has been toward Marxism and greater poverty for all.

From what I've read of Berg's papers, he's tried the FOIA route already, but the info was denied because it is private and Obama did not permit the request. When you work for an employer and claim to be a citizen to that employer, I believe you have then permitted that employer to run a preliminary check and receive basic verifications. The State Department's response to Berg claimed he did not detail his request with enough specificity in his subpoena, and that even had he done so, the info he requested was likely protected as private and could not be released without Obama's permission. Because it is the job of the DNC and FEC to verify eligibility of candidates, they likely can request the type of preliminary info that employers can request for employees, but a private citizen likely has no standing to do so. It's the same problem Berg faces with the case, procedurally the FEC would have standing to challenge Obama, but not a private citizen.

Looks like the API news is being reported on World Net Daily, although they are concentrating primarily on Michelle's comments about Dr. Corsi.

The standing issue will likely prove very difficult to overcome in light of the case law that is out there.

I have emailed them, the RNC and CA Republican Party, state and national elected officials...you should, too!!

If you read the court documents, the amended suit addresses the issue of standing and cites several cases. I think a big part of the delay is due to the quoting of Indonesian laws and requirements that BO and his mother had to relinquish US citizenship to become citizens and then since the child's citizenship follows the custodial parent and the parent chose to stay married and remain in Indonesia, the only remedy was the Oath of Allegiance when BO turned 18. The research done on Indonesian laws in place at the time of their residency in Indoneisa was quite extensive and exhaustive. I'm guessing that much detail required the judge to delve into areas that are new to him, as they would be to nearly anyone here.

It's a complicated case. The best thing we could ask for is an honest jduge who will give it very careful consideration and weight. Look at it this way, with so much at stake, the very future of our country and the Constitution, would you want a quickie response that may have missed important finer points of law? I don't when it's the future of our country at stake. I don't when it may mean we end up with a Civil War if our questions were not answered becuase we got a fast ruling. If this judge isn't very careful, our entire country could end up in the worst Constitutional crisis in the entire history of our nation.

I think the judge will rule in favor of Discovery and Phil having standing. The alternative are such grave consequences as to mean the end of this country as we know it. We are entitled as citizens to answers. It isn't for our personal gain, but for the protection of the country and to save the Constitution.

A few months ago, i received this the american Expat in southeast Asia:a researcher who revealed that the actual title of Barack Obama’s book has been changed in the Indonesian translation. Apparently, the correct translation of the title of Obama’s book would have been “Keberanian Harapan: Pemikiran Untuk Meraih Kembali Impian America” which translates into “Audacity of Hope: Thoughts on Reclaiming The American Dream”.

However, the title that was selected by the author/publisher/translator? for the Indonesian translation of Barack Obama’s book is “Menerjang Harapan: Dari Jakarta Menuju Gedung Putih” which translates into “Assault Hope (Jihad): From Jakarta to the White House”. Now I would imagine that any changes to the intellectual content of Obama’s book would have to have his permission.

The original book, of course, was published in 10/2006, and the Indonesian translation came out in January 2007. There was a major discussion by An American Expat in Southeast Asia as to what were the intentions of the author/publisher/translator? in selecting this altered title.
Some commentators to his blog seemed to favor the understanding that the title’s changes are merely a marketing ploy. Indonesian commentators had several opinions ranging from stating that the word “jihad” is not an Indonesian word at all, and that the selected title did not evoke violent imagery.

If Obama became an Indonesian citizen when he was adopted by his stepfather, then that means that he would have had to travel to the US under a non-immigrant visa (such as a tourist visa) when he was sent back to Hawaii by his mother when he was around ten years old. He would therefore have exceeded his stay permitted by his visa and would have become an illegal immigrant while spending his teenage years in Hawaii. As an illegal immigrant, that would not allow him to legally establish permanent residence in the US and would therefore disqualify him from using Sections 349 (a) and 355 of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 to allow him to keep his US citizenship, right?

There is now an additional lawsuit in the state of Washington. Is it possible that litigation could be started in every state? Would that get people to pay attention?

I am convinced that the (Democrat I was told) judge will reply only after the elections and he will simply dismiss the case claiming that he is not the jurisdiction for this case!! If Obama happens to be elected as PotUSA, it is very likely that it will be very hard to have him dismissed!

Therefore, you really must plan this eventuality very seriously so that you have a plan B. A plan B that can be put into action BEFORE the elections are completed. Maybe involving the current adminstration who would request the documents from Barak Obama and block Obama if he refuses to provide them. Moreover, these documents will have to be fully double-checked even if they are vaild official documents that have been proved to be true, legitimate, not falsified in any way documents.

i have a lot of thoughts on this topic.. i'm appalled at the bias of the mass media during this election. Seems like every major news channel rips mccain and praises obama. even magazines show a happy, smiling obama, and a palin talking about her flaws, let me remind you obama came from nowhere too... i think there is major conflict of interest if he is to become president. the one thing that gets me the most is this is the same man that REFUSED to wear an american flag lapel pin. outright REFUSED. give me a break.

Accusing API of colluding with American internet bloggers in an effort to bring down her husband, Mrs Obama said she decided to call API because of what she termed, API’s help to spread rumours created by American bloggers and other racist media outlets in their efforts to damage a black man’s name, saying she hopes African Media was mature enough to be in the front to give unwavering support to her husband, a man Africans should identify themselves with.

This is a very interesting turn of events. The American man Dr Corsi was recently reported to have been arrested in Kenya because there was fear that he might reveal information on Obama when he wanted to hold a press conference in Nairobi.

The question now is why he was arrested and who ordered his arrest. Was Obama’s hand in this in any way? We will never know the truth but what is clear is that Dr Corsi was seen as a threat while in Kenya.

When API asked Mrs Obama to comment on why Dr Corsi was arrested by the Kenyan government and whether she thought Kenya’s Prime Minister Mr Raila Odinga was involved in Dr Corsi’s arrest, she got irritated and and simply told API not to dig that which will support evil people who are out to stop her husband from getting the presidency.

When asked who she was referring to as the evil people, she stated that she was not going to elaborate much on that but that many conservative white people and even some African Americans were against her husband, but that this group of blacks were simply doing so because of envy.

On Farakhan and his ministry, Mrs Obama told API that it was unfortunate that Mr Farakhan came out the way he did supporting her husband openly before the elections was over. That was not wholehearted support but one that was calculated to convince the American people that my husband will support the growth of muslim faith if he became the president, adding “even if my husband was able to prove that he is not a Muslim, he will not be believed by those who have come out strongly to destroy his chances of being the next President. Do real people expect someone to deny a religion when 80 percent of his relatives are Muslims?; Mrs Obama asked.

Mrs Obama asked API to write a good story about her husband and that will earn API an invitation to the innoguration ceremony when, as she put it , her husband will be installed as the next President of the United States of America next year.

Averting a Crisis in Confidence; Citizen files Lawsuit Against Washington Secretary of State Sam Reed demanding verification of Barack Obama’s citizenship status.



Seattle WA. 10/9/2008 — Steven Marquis, a resident of Fall City WA today filed suit in Washington State Superior Court against Secretary of State Sam Reed demanding verification of Barack Obama’s citizenship status.



The complaint seeks specifically that the office of the Washington Secretary of State verify and certify that Mr. Obama is or is not a "natural born" citizen by producing original or certified verifiable official documents. The lawsuit argues that this certification should take place before the election to preclude a constitutional crisis and likely civil unrest should such certification, after the election, prove that Mr. Obama was not qualified for office.



The Complaint argues that the Secretary of State has the authority and duty to not only certify the voters but also and most importantly the candidates and in so doing prevent the wholesale disenfranchisement of voters who would had had an opportunity to choose from qualified candidates had the certification preceded the election process.



At this point, Mr. Obama has not allowed independent or official access to his birth records nor supporting hospital records. The Hawaii Health Department has violated Federal law by ignored formal Freedom of Information requests for the same. Do to the facts and numerous other allegations that would challenge Mr. Obama’s fundamental qualifications for office, a Federal lawsuit was filed and is currently being heard in District Court, Pennsylvania.



Mr. Obama failed to respond to the District Court’s request to produce or allow access to the official documents (should they exist) and instead filed a motion to dismiss arguing the Plaintiff had no “standing” or right to know. This non-response as of 9/24/2008 in Federal court casts doubt on the veracity of the electoral system and is the principal reason for this lawsuit. The late entry of this suit is due in principal part to Mr. Obama’s delay and subsequent non response to reasonable request for valid certificates. Multiple requests for early certification to the Office of the Secretary of State has been rejected.



The Washington Secretary of State Office is specifically charged with certifying and guaranteeing the veracity of official documents and overseeing the elections to wit the people’s confidence in the fundamental aspect of democracy is maintained. To date, in this regard, Secretary of State Sam Reed has not carried out that fundamental duty.



This lawsuit demands injunctive relief directing Sam Reed, Secretary of State, carry out the duty of his office in this regard answering the formal complaints for verification of Mr. Obama and any other candidate appearing on the ballots issues through his office for which formal complaints have been received.

I wouldn't worry too much about the polls. You have to look at the internals. Most of these are weighted . This particular one sampled 1,034 adults - 966 that are registered. Out of the 1,034 polled Dem -406 Rep - 284 Ind- 344. So of course the Dems are going to come out ahead with this type of bias.

I've worked on campaigns for almost 35 years, the one thing we learned was IGNORE POLLS. Polls many times have been wrong: Dewey vs Truman, Reagan vs Carter, and of course the Bradley factor.

The MSM supports Obama; they are going to skew polls to favor him to discourage McCain voters from even going out to vote. I have had libs admit this to me on other fora, where they said things like, "Who knows? Maybe by election day most Republicans won't even go out to vote", followed by a happy face. THEY know why they skew these polls, its up to our people to learn why too!

IGNORE POLLS; they will depress your conviction and motivation. Just keep working for McCain and wait for victory!

COMMENTARY:

Last week, Barack Obama's campaign was burned yet again for its dalliance with Islamists - those who embrace Islam's repressive theo-political-legal code known as Shariah and who are working for its triumph in the West in general and the United States in particular. The episode is but the latest indication that the Democratic candidate hopes to win the White House by relying, in part, on the Jihadist vote.

NBC reported Thursday that the Obama campaign's latest radical "Muslim outreach coordinator," Mouha Husaini, met last month in one of Washington's Northern Virginia suburbs - the heart of what has been dubbed the "Wahhabi Corridor" - with her predecessor, Mazen Asbahi (who had to resign this summer due to his own associations with Shariah). Even more problematic was the presence at the Springfield event of two prominent Muslim Brotherhood operatives: Mahdi Bray of the Muslim American Society (MAS) and Nihad Awad of the Council of American Islamic Relations (CAIR).

As I pointed out in a debate on Tuesday (for a transcript, go to http://www.familysecuritymatte...detail.asp) with a man associated with both organizations and arguably the Bush administration's senior Muslim official, Suhail Khan, the Brotherhood is an instrument the Islamists have been using to foster a Fifth Column in America. Its stated purpose in this country is to "destroy Western civilization from within."

According to NBC, even other attendees expressed concern that the Obama campaign was reaching out to such "politically radioactive" individuals as Messrs. Bray and Awad.

Unfortunately, this is hardly the only association of this type. Others include the following:

-- A Federal Election Commission (FEC) employee has reportedly been warning for months about evidence that the Obama campaign has received as much as $200 million almost half of his total donations, in amounts less than $200. That is below the threshold for donor information Mr. Obama has chose to report to the FEC - unlike the Clinton and McCain campaigns which have reported all donor information.

Of the $200 million, between $30 million and $100 million are from the Mideast, Africa and other places Islamists are active. It is unclear whether - as seems likely - these funds come not only from Wahhabis, Muslim Brotherhood types and jihadists of other stripes but from non-U.S. citizens. Such contributions would be not only worrying but illegal.

Although the FEC has studiously ignored the problem to date, the matter finally appears to be the subject of a formal complaint by the Republican National Committee. Unfortunately, even if the commission finally bestirs itself to investigate the facts, it seems unlikely to render a finding before the jihadists' and others' votes are counted.

-- Another question yet to be resolved is whether Mr. Obama is a natural born citizen of the United States, a prerequisite pursuant to the U.S. Constitution. There is evidence Mr. Obama was born in Kenya rather than, as he claims, Hawaii. There is also a registration document for a school in Indonesia where the would-be president studied for four years, on which he was identified not only as a Muslim but as an Indonesian. If correct, the latter could give rise to another potential problem with respect to his eligibility to be president.

Curiously, Mr. Obama has, to date, failed to provide an authentic birth certificate which could clear up the matter.

-- Then there is the Democratic candidate's get-out-the-vote effort. In addition to the prospect that its "Arab-Americans for Obama" effort is recruiting Muslim Brotherhood elements to enhance turnout, the Obama campaign is trolling for voters in problematic places. Some are felons in prison systems long used by Islamists as centers for recruiting converts to their causes.

Some - thanks to a radical group known as ACORN with which Barack Obama has had ties for many years and that has a serial problem with vote-registration fraud - are homeless. Their attitude toward the Islamist agenda, or for that matter any other aspect of national policy, can only be surmised.

-- Finally, there are the various well-known Islamists with whom Barack Obama has long had ties and/or who are actively promoting his campaign. These include: a former Black Panther convert to radical Islam who calls himself Khalid al-Mansour; an aggressive promoter of Wahhabi influence operations, Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal; a virulently anti-Israel and pro-suicide bomber Palestinian professor named Rashid Khalidi; and Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, who in a speech last February called Sen. Even Libyan dictator Moammar Gadhafi has got into the act, describing Mr. Obama in a videotaped speech transcribed by MEMRI (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s7xjcuCuCtI) as "a black citizen of Kenyan African origins, a Muslim" (Philip Berg's contention) and declares ominously that "people in the Arab and Islamic world and in Africa ... may even have been involved in legitimate contribution campaigns to Obama."

The next three weeks afford the American people - and the media, the courts and the FEC - an opportunity to get to the bottom of Barack Obama's ties to and affinity for jihadists who have their own reasons for relishing his promise of "change" for this country. Unfortunately, the change his Islamists supporters have in mind is for global theocratic rule under Shariah, and the end of our constitutional, democratic government.

While he did not downplay the article, he said that its contents were under "cautious consideration" and planned to take steps to independently verify the statements from Michelle Obama purported to have been made to the organization. If the statements were indeed truly said and can be verified as such by audiotape or the like, Berg said that they were devastating for the Illinois senator's cause in the lawsuit currently pending in federal court in Philadelphia.

"If she did say these things, and listen, I can't say whether or not these statements were made up, then it solidifies the arguments I've been making for months now," Berg said, acknowledging that the African Press International article was suspect. "If these statements turn out to be valid, then she admitted that he truly was adopted by his stepfather in Indonesia and therefore cannot be eligible for the presidency."

I think we should all proceed with caution on this one. I know I posted the original link here, but in a hope to get it verified. I'm thinking, in agreement with Berg, the only way to verify is if they have audio. However, according to others, the info is spreading like wildfire.

Dayton, OH—In what could only called as hypocritical behavior by the mainstream media, crowds at the latest Obama rally have called for a lynching of Gov. Sarah Palin, John McCain’s Vice Presidential running mate.



The event occurred in Dayton during a stump speech by Sen. Barack Obama, D-IL. Obama blasted the McCain mortgage rescue plan as ‘idiotic.’ He claimed that banks wouldn’t take a loss, but taxpayers would take a loss, and that this was just another shifting position for McCain.



“This is the kind of erratic behavior we’ve been seeing out of Sen. McCain,” added Obama. I don’t think we can afford the kind of leadership that Senator McCain is offering. He is willing to screw you and grease the pockets of the white fat cats on Wall Street.”



Obama also urged voters of Dayton to see McCain’s character attacks on him in the context of McCain being a candidate who’s worried that he’s going to lose, and is merely using these desperate attacks to save his failing campaign.



“If one thing is clear,” urged Obama. “Senator McCain must be scared he’ll lose, because all he can do is personally attack me. All I can tell you is if you want to remain in your home, vote for me, and if you want an eviction notice, vote for Senator McCain.”



John and Julie Rondogovich, who were forced to move into John’s mother’s house because of McCain’s failure to act in time, appeared mesmerized as they cheered on Obama.



“Off with McCain’s head,” yelled John Rondogovich. “Off with his HEAD!”



“And if you think that vicious pit bull he has as a running mate, I mean Governor Palin, is looking out for your interest,” continued Obama, “then you’re sorely mistaken. The only thing she’s interested in is taking us back to the days of lynchings and segregation.”



“Lynch her,” yelled Thomas Zeller, a 37-year old black real estate agent from Dayton, OH. “I’ve seen up close what John McCain has done to people!”



“Lynch the cracker,” exclaimed Jerry Spitzer, a 42-year old black unemployed factory worker evicted from his home in Dayton.



“We’re not gonna let those two racists occupy the White House,” screamed Michelle Obama. “We’re not gonna go back to the days of blacks drinking from colored water fountains. Are we?”



“Hell no,” the fevered crowd spewed. “Lynch her!”



With the election drawing near, and the liberal crowds seething with rage, it is only a matter of time before riots break out in the streets, cars are burnt, buildings are bombed and businesses are looted in the name of Senator Barack Obama.

I'm a student at a large Catholic University in the midwest that is typically very conservative and I have been amazed this year by the overwhelming support for Obama by my fellow classmates. In an attempt to bring these (and other) issues to light with my dormmates and colleagues I have used facebook as a media outlet to put out the videos posted on this site. I would sugges that if any of you all have a facebook or have college age children who do and feel the same way that you do that you should encourage them to place some video links on their pages as well.

Be patient! Don't comment on rumors here until they are confirmed. This is a site that comes under great scrutiny. I fail to believe Phil would comment on an open forum about an issue like this. Please keep the reputation of this case intact by using a little more digression. It's one thing to post a link to an article, but don't show your hand, Phil's team shouldn't have to worry about damage control on top of what they're already doing. This is the same sort of issue as the other night with the Kenyan BC issue. God forbid he did have it, it would have been in his best interest to keep it under wraps. Same thing here, if they are able to secure a tape without a thousand people calling the Obama camp about it, Phil would be better off. Accusing API of colluding with American internet bloggers in an effort to bring down her husband, Mrs Obama said she decided to call API because of what she termed, API’s help to spread rumours created by American bloggers and other racist media outlets in their efforts to damage a black man’s name, saying she hopes African Media was mature enough to be in the front to give unwavering support to her husband, a man Africans should identify themselves with.

When API told her that our online news media was only relaying what the American Bloggers and other media outlets had discovered through their investigations, Mrs Obama was angered and she came out loud with the following: “African press International is supposed to support Africans and African-American view,” and she went to state that, “it is strange that API has chosen to support the racists against my husband. There is no shame in being adopted by a step father. All dirt has been thrown onto my husband’s face and yet he loves this country. My husband and I know that there is no law that will stop him from becoming the president, just because some American white racists are bringing up the issue of my husband’s adoption by His step father. The important thing here is where my husband’s heart is at the moment. I can tell the American people that My husband loves this country and his adoption never changed his love for this country. He was born in Hawaii, yes, and that gives him all the right to be an American citizen even though he was adopted by a foreigner; says Michelle Obama on telefon to API.”

This is a very interesting turn of events. The American man Dr Corsi was recently reported to have been arrested in Kenya because there was fear that he might reveal information on Obama when he wanted to hold a press conference in Nairobi.

The question now is why he was arrested and who ordered his arrest. Was Obama’s hand in this in any way? We will never know the truth but what is clear is that Dr Corsi was seen as a threat while in Kenya.

When API asked Mrs Obama to comment on why Dr Corsi was arrested by the Kenyan government and whether she thought Kenya’s Prime Minister Mr Raila Odinga was involved in Dr Corsi’s arrest, she got irritated and and simply told API not to dig that which will support evil people who are out to stop her husband from getting the presidency.

When asked who she was referring to as the evil people, she stated that she was not going to elaborate much on that but that many conservative white people and even some African Americans were against her husband, but that this group of blacks were simply doing so because of envy.

On Farakhan and his ministry, Mrs Obama told API that it was unfortunate that Mr Farakhan came out the way he did supporting her husband openly before the elections was over. That was not wholehearted support but one that was calculated to convince the American people that my husband will support the growth of muslim faith if he became the president, adding “even if my husband was able to prove that he is not a Muslim, he will not be believed by those who have come out strongly to destroy his chances of being the next President. Do real people expect someone to deny a religion when 80 percent of his relatives are Muslims?; Mrs Obama asked.

Mrs Obama asked API to write a good story about her husband and that will earn API an invitation to the innoguration ceremony when, as she put it , her husband will be installed as the next President of the United States of America next year.

Common sense can go a long way. So can patience.

Seems to me the real question centers on witnesses to Mr. Obama's birth. A certified birth certificate will not necessarily provide that information.

Witnesses to the live birth would be shown on the certificate issued by the hospital where Obama was born, or by attendants to his birth.

I just don't want hard work and credibility ruined by jumping the gun, that's all.

I guess that could be true. There is such a thingas media manipulation and I have no doubt it is tried with blacks as well as every other race. However, the media overwhelmingly ignores black on white crime, the everyday reality of which directs where whites live, travel, work, etc. in any area with more than a small percentage of blacks. The media portrays blacks on tv and in film as disproportionately professional and of amiable character. So I don't know about all that negative imagery. The gangster rap "artists" are promoted by whites, but created and idolized by blacks (and some whties), so, again, if blacks are "oppressed" by their media image, they are collaborators, as are women for that matter collaborators in the "sex object" imagery.
I would say the media has bent over backwards to portray blacks in a positive way, and the Obama campaign is latest and greatest example.

The most important thing to remember about Berg v. Obama is that the goal is to uphold the Constitution of the United States. It has nothing to do with race, gender, or religion. It is about one simple fact. Is Barack Obama a "natural born citizen" as defined by the Constitution?

We have no way of knowing for sure from the information I've seen how many hits are repeat visitors. The reason is we may be having many people from a specific domain name accessing the site, or it could be a few people repeating visits. As an example, back in June 1999, I researched and wrote a piece published at www.onlinejournal.com about GWB getting a new drivers license number. For the next 30 days, we were able to tell that Lucy Goldberg (Linda Tripp's friend and advisor) visited the article and the OnJ website 318 times. Now did that mean Lucy kept visiting it over and over watching for new exposes' on GWB, or was it others who also had emails linked to her domain? We just don't know. It will also show which are the top referrals: Google, AOL search, or other domains with related topics. We can tell how many hits per day by the US Military, but again, we don't know if that's a few people, or many in the military throughout the world having military email addresses. We also know how many hits per day by country and how many countries are visiting the most often. We can tell you the top 30 countries visiting. We know what are the peak traffic hours, and the average traffic per hour, etc.

The point I attempted but failed to make was that I simply didn't believe Mr. Berg would be posting comments on the API story. It's just so easy for someone to claim to be someone they are not through a "screen name". Even on this, his own website, it is Mr. Berg's assistant who responds on his behalf. And on those occasions when she has inadvertently responded to posters under his name, she has gone to great lengths to clarify her error.

In any case, I believe Mr. Berg's case raises extremely important questions that I would like to see recognized and addressed accordingly; so I guess I'm very weary of anything that may threaten its credibility.

Listening to the mainstream media these last few days I've learned a few
things about the GOP's VP nominee but also had to learn a few things on my
own. To wit:

1. From the media I learned Sarah Palin's husband has a DUI conviction
from 22 years ago.

*On my own I learned that Ted Kennedy (hero of last week's tribute at the
DNC) was drunk while driving a car off a bridge in Chappaquiddick. That
same crash killed a young campaign volunteer with whom he was having an
affair. Oh, and that woman was pregnant with his child.
* Mr. Palin's (who is not running for office) DUI came a mere 4 years
after Barack Obama (who is running for president) stopped using cocaine
and marijuana (by his own admission in his autobiography).

2. From the media I learned that Sarah Palin's daughter is pregnant.
* On my own I learned that Joe Biden's (the other VP candidate) son was
paid a large amount of money as a consultant to credit card company MBNA.
That same company had business before Senator Joe Biden concerning
regulation of consumer credit practices. After the company paid a hefty
sum to Mr. Biden's son, he voted in favor of legislation to help that
company.
* That same son, Hunter, is also engaged in a legal investigation and suit
for defrauding a former business partner

3. From the media I learned that Sarah Palin should be considered
'selfish' for agreeing to run for VP knowing about her daughter's
condition. Knowing that her public role would bring extra scrutiny on the
family is selfish and she should have declined to protect her child
(actually heard this on ABC this weekend).

Strange - the same people who said Sarah is selfish for running for VP did
not seem to care about any impact on Chelsea when Bill Clinton had his
dalliance with Monica Lewinsky. That was a private, personal matter you
see.

4. From the media I have learned to be 'concerned' that Sarah Palin
probably won't be able to manage her family and do an effective job of
being VP at the same time.

Funny - I never heard anything about Hillary's ability to support Chelsea
while re-doing healthcare or any of the other feminist icons who say you
can balance work and family. They also never mention that Barack will
have to balance time with his children while meeting with heads of rogue
nations or how Joe Biden's kids don't even have a mom and will be fighting
for his time while he hosts white house coffee fundraisers and sells
nights in the Lincoln bedroom.

5. From the media I have learned that Sarah Palin is 'too inexperienced'
to be a heartbeat-away from the presidency.
* Apparently taking on corruption in your own party and running a state
that's the same size people-wise as Delaware (hint hint: that's where Joe
Biden is from) is not really experience.
* However, time spent as a 'community organizer' and less than 180 days in
the senate where you've authored no significant legislation is just the
type of 'change' we're looking for from the top of the ticket.

6. From the media I learned that Sarah Palin's husband once got a ticket
for fishing without a license.
* I haven't heard much about the fact that if he were still a practicing
attorney, the VP candidate Joe Biden would be dis-barred for plagiarism not
once but multiple times.


If we've had any doubts about the bias of the media, it's pretty clear now
where they stand.

We spoke briefly just after you entered the law suit. My question still remains; why is Fox News "fair and balanced" not showing this story. What she left unsaid is that there is mounting evidence that he is also a black supremacist racist and an anti-Semite. Most of the commentary on this subject has been very polite, with much tip-toeing around the facts, and few conclusions drawn. Unfortunately, I am neither polite nor tactful when it comes to racism. Whether the racism is from a white person or black person, I condemn it.

Rather, he was an agnostic in his early twenties when he worked as a "community organizer" (read "socialist agitator") in Chicago. But when he decided to go into politics and run as a black candidate, it was clear that he needed to affiliate with a Christian church, since the vast majority of blacks in America are Christians.

It is interesting that out of the thousands of churches in Chicago, Obama chose to affiliate with a racist church (Trinity United Church of Christ) that Sunday after Sunday spews forth hatred of Jews and whites. Interesting, but perhaps not so surprising, since Islam, the religion of Obama's childhood, is also a religion that preaches hatred.
Everyone knows that Obama is closely tied (joined at the hip might be a more apt term) to the pastor of that church, "Rev." Jeremiah Wright. Wright married Obama and his wife Michelle (who says she has always been ashamed of America --see LINK below) and baptized his two children. According to Obama's own words in speeches, press conferences, and in his book, Wright has been his close confidant and guide throughout his political life. Obama's own statements make it clear that his beliefs and values have been heavily influenced by twenty years of close association with this man, and listening to close to a thousand of his "sermons".
When Obama joined Wright's church, he knew that his pastor was a former Black Muslim who hated Israel. Although he has attempted to distance himself from Wright since Wright's true evil nature has become widely known, Obama's philosophy has definitely been shaped by Wright. Obama has on more than one occasion stated that Wright has been his "spiritual mentor and moral compass" for over twenty years.
Video of his spiritual mentor "preaching" (I would not call it preaching, since it has nothing to do with the Bible) has been all over the major networks and YouTube spewing forth his hatred of whites, Jews and America. He has screamed "God D**N America!!" from his pulpit. He has stated in church services that aids was developed by the US Government to infect and kill blacks, and that the Government supplies drugs to blacks for the same reason. And after 911 he gleefully shouted that America had finally gotten what it had coming!
This is the kind of "preaching" Obama heard in the hundreds of services he attended at Wright's church. "Jesus taught me how to love the Hell out of my enemies, and not be reduced to their level of bigotry and small-mindedness." Yet in the same sermon, he preached more hatred. He abuses blacks who say that racial prejudice has been greatly reduced in this nation, and that they have found great opportunities to advance if they get an education and work hard. He preaches that all blacks are oppressed and injustice abounds, instilling resentment in his congregation and fanning flames of hatred. Then he says, "And I'm tired of Nigras who don't get it!" These are not statements taken out of context. Go on the Internet and search for Jeremiah Wright. You will find whole sermons full of such invective.
The church's "Liberation Theology" claims that blacks are God's Chosen People. It preaches that blacks are morally superior to whites. Wright calls Israel a "terrorist nation" from the pulpit. And his denomination has repeatedly taken decidedly anti-Israel positions. Its leaders have obviously never read the Bible where it tells them that God will bless those who bless Israel, and curse those who curse Israel.
Wright and his church (and by extension, Barrack Obama through his support of the church and its racist pastor) gave Farrakhan the "Rev. Dr. Jeremiah A. Wright, Jr. Lifetime Achievement Trumpeteer Award" at the 2007 Trumpet Gala at the United Church of Christ. In the church's video describing this atrocity, they referred to Farrakhan as "The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan."

Someone is lying. According to Obama’s Kenyan (paternal) grandmother, as well as his half-brother and half-sister, Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya, not in Hawaii as the Democratic candidate for president claims. His grandmother bragged that her grandson is about to be President of the United States and is so proud because she was present DURING HIS BIRTH IN KENYA, in the delivery room. -This, according to several news sites and Pennsylvania attorney Philip J. Berg (see video below) who is, surprisingly, a life long democrat himself. Berg is the former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania, and he has an impressive background in his activities as a democrat, but his support for the party seemingly stops when it comes to his trust in Barack Hussein Obama.

Many U.S. voters are suspicious of the Democratic candidate’s past, and Berg filed a lawsuit to force Barack Hussein Obama to produce a certified copy of his original birth certificate to prove that he can run for the office of President of the United States. However, he is being fought. The DNC On Sept. 24 filed a motion to dismiss the Berg action. Why? What is there to hide? Why not produce the original birth certificate and be done with all the suspicions against Barack Hussein Obama?

A few months back, a birth certificate WAS posted on the internet which shows that Obama was born in Hawaii. Yet some say this birth certificate is a forgery and again, his grandmother states that she was present at the birth, in Kenya. So what is the truth?

One explanation is that Obama’s mother Ann Dunham, flew to Kenya in 1961 with Obama’s father to meet his family. According to some news reports, Ann Dunham, was not accepted well by her husband’s family because she was white:
“Obama’s family did not take to Stanley Ann Dunham Obama very well, because she was white, according to Sarah Obama. Shortly after she arrived in Kenya Stanley Ann decided to return to Hawaii because she later said, she did not like how Muslim men treated their wives in Kenya. However, because she was near term the airline would not let her fly until after the birth of her baby. Obama’s grandmother said the baby—Barack Hussein Obama, Jr.—was born in Kenya and that shortly after he was born, Stanley Ann returned to Hawaii.”

However, by the time she wanted to leave Kenya, it was during the late stages of her pregnancy. She was not able to board a plane because the airlines wouldn’t allow women so close to birth to fly. It is instead believed, that Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya as his grandmother apparently stated. Then, after he was born, his mother returned with him to Hawaii where his birth was REGISTERED on or about August 8th, 1961, in the public records office in Hawaii.

There is also a discrepancy in what hospital Barack Hussein Obama was born in, even if he was born in Hawaii. Reports by his own sister in two separate interviews state that he was born at two different hospitals– Kapiolani Hospital and Queens Hospital–in Honolulu.

The Times Herald even reports: “the senator’s grandmother, brother and sister, who live in Kenya, believe they were present during Obama’s birth in the African country.” Here, the Times Herald uses the word that his family ‘believe’ he was born in Kenya (perhaps to avoid possible law suits by Obama’s Truth Squad?).

I myself, not wanting to believe what I see, did some searching around, and this is what I came up with:

Obama was born on August 4, 1961, at the Kapiolani Medical Center.

and here it says:

Barack Obama was born at the Queen’s Medical Centeron 4 August 1961.

So which hospital was it, or was he really born in Kenya? And why is this simple matter so confusing and disturbing? Do the search your self and plug in these key words:

Obama born Queen’s Medical Center and then Obama born Kapiolani Medical Center in a Google search. You will see he is reported to be born in two diferent hospitals. A miracle! Maybe he IS the Messiah (grin).

What’s so hard about knowing something so simple as which hospital or country someone was born in? And if it is simple, then why doesn’t Barack Hussein Obama just present the court with his original birth certificate to be analysed and proven? The onus of proof is on him, not the American public of which he wants their trust in him to be their leader.

Basically, a COLB is a document with much less information on it. One can be recorded by the parent(s) simply by reporting the birth of a live child (no proof of the birth is required). It doesn't show a doctors name or signature and has no witness signatures. It cannot be used to obtain a passport, etc.

Birth certificate refers to the official recording of the birth by the state and has the information listed above plus the signature of the official issuing it and the official raised seal attached. It can be used (and is required) to obtain a passport, etc. It is also referred to as a certified vault copy.

This may help you (and anyone else) understand the biggest issue of the birth cert...

According to the state of Hawaii, "Certification" means "Record Not Found"

The state of Hawaii has a distinction between a Certificate of Birth and a Certification of Birth.

"Certification" is only issued when a birth certificate cannot be located in the records.

The words "certification of live birth" appears on the supposed BC that obama's website has posted. This is the "computer printed" version. The "vault" (or long version) is what Mr Berg believes is does not exist, and obviously he has good reason to believe this! This is why the obama camp has dragged their feet with all of their stall tactics. They know that there is NO vault BC to be found in Hawaii. Read the filings. Mr Berg goes into great detail on this.

This is the deal, Obama may very well have been born in Hawaii, he may be a citizen, I highly doubt it. My issue lies with his shadyness. The fact that without a doubt he is hiding somthing that he doesn't want the American people to know about before election day. He is hiding somthing that would sway voters. The fact that we may find out this seceret after the election, after he is POTUS is scary as hell. Whatever he is hiding, he is going to great lenghts to keep it that way from the American people.

I hope McCain pulls a birth certificate out of his back pocket tonight, and says "hey, you got one of these"

I had to get a birth certificate copy a few years ago because my mother couldn't find the original. Well it's as you say, it has a lot less information but it can be used for anything. Because of this I think Obama has convinced everybody.

I'm depressed. Obama is going to get away with it. McCain has so screwed this up and the MSM are covering Obama that it's lost. I'm just going to try to stay out of jail for thought crimes for the next 8 years. Do not get discouraged by the lack of media attention. The storm is still brewing, and it will eventually reach a full gale because of our work.

All of us are passionate fighters who expect nothing out of this except the truth to be told. None of us expect money, gifts, or rewards to fall upon us as we dedicate our time and effort to this cause. We are doing this for our country and to preserve the most important document in its history, our constitution.

The YouTube video now has over 800,000 views, and Phil's channel has about 250,000 views. So we just passed 1,000,000. This is a good start, but not good enough to make a difference. I just stepped up my posting and emailing. If we can pick up the pace a little more we will shatter the goal I want to reach, and that is 5,000,000 views.

Obama simply has no idea what he is up against. He underestimates the will of the American people to protect their freedoms, starting with the very document upon which this country was founded.

It seems to me the perfect way to resolve this is to just show proof of birth certificate in the US. Way back in February of this year I emailed, McCain and all the MSM sites. And several other republicans, as well as Pelosi and Reid, about the fact that obama might not be a citizen...in February 2008....I did this. (AND I AM A DEMOCRAT). McCain's campaign answered that according to the Constitution and amendments obama was a citizen. At that time I did not know all the stuff about Kenya visit and his mother renouncing his citizenship. I think that has to be looked into also. But nothing was ever discussed in the MSM or anywhere. I am apalled that any news station has not taken this up. This is a constitutional issue, not a political one. Altho I would love to have obama bounced out of the country. I think he is trying to subvert our country and turn us over to the mercy of the radical muslim factions. Just read that about Corsi. I saw an article that he visited Kenya for some kind of conference. That the Kenyan police immediately picked him up at the airport and held him in a place unknown...they don't know where he is or what the Kenya police did. They said he is unwanted in that country, AFTER HE WAS GIVEN PERMISSION TO ENTER AND HOLD THE CONFERENCE. I don't know if he has been released as of yet. That was last week.

The question of the birth certificate and other documents that may lead to the disposition of BO concerns me. AS a United States Merchant Marine Officer, I had to supply to the United States Coast Guard an official and legitimate copy of my birth certificate and other forms of identity. It behooves me to understand that the idea that a possible future "Commander in Chief" does not have to supply this important and necessary document when requested to do so.

What makes BO beyond the reach of federal law and statutes.

I was adopted and my reg bc was sealed. I was then issued an exact copy (different father was listed) with all pertinent info on it. A few yrs ago I needed a copy and recieved this short version like the bo document. I am sure I could request the original vaulted verson and get it within 20 minutes.

As I watched the debate tonight, initially, I was disappointed that I didn't see a knock out punch delivered by McCain. But then I thought to myself how things always seem to work out for the best. In this case, if McCain was 10 pts ahead of Obama in the polls all the October surprise items that we suspect the RNC has (Whitey Tape, Real Birth Certificate, etc) would never see the light of day. And that means four years from now we might have to go through all this again. This way he will be out for good--including out of the Senate and maybe even out of the country. The American people simply don't like being lied to.

I now believe that the lawyers will not present any evidence and will allow the loss of the case and they will delay by appealing to the supreme court. They have no evidence to present. delay by appealing to the supreme court is the only way to continue to delay.

I expect delay all the way to the supreme court now. The lawyers are going to stonewall.

I don't think it will work that way. I think the judge will rule, one way or another, within the next couple of days.


If he rules in Berg's favor and orders Obama and the DNC to produce the discovery items, he will only allow a few days at most. Obama and the DNC will immediately file an emergency appeal to the Circuit Court of Appeals in order not to have to produce the items.

If the judge rules against Berg, Berg will immediately file an emergency appeal to the Circuit Court of Appeals.

Either way, an appeal will be filed within the next week or so. The appealing party will probably ask the Supreme Court to allow the appeal to go straight there.

I am sure both sides have their appeals written and awaiting final tweaking based on what the judge's opinion actually says.

I think that there is a better than even chance of a Supreme Court decision before election day.

This is my understanding of this:
The case does not have to be settled before the election. If he is disqualified prior to Jan. inauguration Joe Biden will assume the presidency and be sworn in. If it is after the inauguration Obama will need to be impeached.

When I took my son to get his driver's license, I had to present his BIRTH CERTIFICATE. All I had was the fancy framed certificate they gave me at the hospital and they wouldn't accept that. I had to write to Texas and get a certified copy with a seal before they would let him get just a learner's permit!! How in the Hell can someone be running for POTUS without any credentials????? Within hours of the published interview the Obama campaign issued a denial that the conversation had even taken place. At least one of their chief cheerleaders in the mainstream press accepted their denial of a published news article without asking any questions. In this case the blogs are less quick to rush to judgment.

The potential problem for ABC and the Obama campaign is that API is sticking with the Michelle Obama interview story, and they appear to be angry about the denial. They claim that they will release the audio tape recording within 24 hours. Our guess is that Michelle Obama did not realize she was being recorded.

Later from API: “Owing to the importance of the story - now that we have realised - API will do the needfull in a day or two. While doing so, we will seek not to hurt any one with the information we have.

The truth will come out soon and the Obama campaign spokesperson(s) will have a problem to deny that API actually had a telephone conversation with Mrs Obama. Mrs Obama should open up to the campaign spokesperson(s) now so that they do not continue denying what they do not know.

So what is this curious group called African Press International? I confess to have never heard of them before today. But in reality they have a strong editorial board and large team of 19 international correspondents and reporters. They have been in business for two years promoting Africa-first causes around the world, based in Norway and the United Kingdom. This is not a right-wing website or even a news organization focused on the U.S. election. They appear to have published the Michelle Obama telephone call as a footnote.

The reason that Michelle Obama would choose to phone an African-centric news outlet is clear to those who have studied her background. She is often, and perhaps unfairly, accused of racism based on her radical college papers and some polarizing speeches. Her choice of Trinity United Church, to which she introduced Barack, is an African-centric church in America. They have a presence in Obama’s former church in Chicago which is where they might have found her radar.
