Review of Polling Districts, and Polling Places

On the 6th February 2008 the council were disposed to consider a new Polling Station Scheme, which is consistent with the Scheme that was in place at the Local Government Elections in May 2007.

Details of the proposed Polling District arrangements can be viewed at the Electoral Services Office, Level 2, The Town Hall, The Headrow, Leeds LS1 3AD. Alternatively the document is available to download from this page.

There will now take place a short period of consultation with members and all other interested stakeholders commencing Monday 11th February 2008, with the last day for representations being Friday the 22nd February 2008.

It would be much appreciated if members and interested stakeholders could submit their views on the proposed Scheme at their earliest convenience preferably by email addressed to electors@leeds.gov.uk or in writing addressed to Tony Meek, Electoral Administrator,  Electoral Services, Level 2, The Town Hall, The Headrow, Leeds LS1 3AD.

If you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact Alex Meek, at alex.meek@leeds.gov.uk or Electoral Services Manager, Electoral Services, Level 2, The Town Hall, The Headrow , Leeds LS1 3AD.
