Counseling Service: What We Do

The Medical School Counseling Service offers counseling for a wide range of personal and professional issues. Services are available to you or to your partner or spouse. We can assist you with a range of issues, not only medical school stress. Our  counseling services tend to be goal-oriented and we typically offer up to 12 visits per episode. Students needing ongoing, longer term psychotherapy or psychiatric services can be referred to providers in the community.

In addition to counseling, we offer a variety of wellness programs, including free yoga and meditation classes and a Health & Wellness newsletter.
