How would you spend $15mm?

The MLBTR estimates that the current roster will cost just under $40mm, the Post Gazette is reporting that the team will have a budget of $55 mm next year! What a tremendous year this guy has contributed. Yesterday was his 28th start and he has been the model of consistency all year - 8 - 8, 3.74 ERA, 185 IP with only 48 Walks and 130 K's.
