The Truth about Protein

Most people seem to think that plants are devoid of protein. Even many ardent vegetarians believe that they have to eat beans to make sure they get enough protein. The truth is, all plant foods have plentiful protein. Take a look at the following chart:

As you can see, all common foods have more protein than you need. Is is therefore irrelevant to talk about any food as a "source of protein", since ALL foods contain plentiful protein. Want to know the real source of protein? It's called "food".
