An Analytical Model of Collections and their Catalogues
Report of research undertaken by Michael Heaney at the University Library Services Directorate, Oxford University. The report refines conceptualisations of collections through an 'entity-relationship' model of collections and their catalogues in an attempt to inform current approaches to collection description. Digital Preservation Coalition - The Handbook
Handbook providing an internationally authoritative and practical guide to the subject of managing digital resources over time, and the issues in sustaining access to them. The Digital Preservation Coalition (DPC) is a collaborative organisation encompassing bodies such as the British Library, the Joint Information Systems Committee and the National Library of Australia aiming to secure the preservation of digital resources in the UK, and to promote related standards on a global scale.

Exploring Charging Models for Digital Cultural Heritage
Report of a study on behalf of the Andrew W Mellon Foundation investigating the underlying assumptions being made in the move from analog photographic services into the realm of digital capture and delivery.
