- British Pathe is one of the oldest and most notable media companies in the world, producing famous bi-weekly newsreels and cinemagazines from 1902 onwards. This resource offers access to over 3,500 hours of video footage drawn from the British Pathe newsreel collection downloadable free of charge. Users can browse the collection by themed categories or use the advanced search tools allowing searches to be conducted by film characteristics such as film type, decade of release, period, and keywords.
