If your ISP is on the list the first thing they have agreed to do is write you a warning letter. If you persist in p2p'ing (or don't change to an ISP that isn't part of the agreement) then there may be further action. Basically change to a smaller ISP!
no
Don't be

I'm not worried personally
was just talking about with my dad and wondered if anyone actually gave a shit about it at all
nah
i'm totally legit
your mum's your dad?
I mean no not really no.
I've borrowed 7 lp's today
If it's so wrong, why does it feel so good? Next thing you know my ISP will be denying me ice cream and orgasms.
I caught my nob in a zip file once
my internet provider wasn't happy.
thats nothing
RARs are the worst.
they have a bigger bite
a giga bite you may well say....
eek
I larf!
no
Should I be worried
as someone who only downloads the occasional single. Or are they targeting people who download whole albums?
They're targetting excessive users
but they're not sure what their weapons are yet. It's been agreed that ISPs will:
a) send out letters warning downloaders that they're accused of a crime
b) start up their own legal downloading programmes - like Sky did last week. And probably screwing iTunes out of relevancy in the process.
Is there are definition
of 'excessive user'?
nah
o2 ftw
What they will do is
send random letters out to send a chill into downloaders hearts....
then a few months down the line they will admit (to themselves) they cant police the whole net or be bothered to.
The whole thing is too big to block.
Unles you make yourself obvious downloading crap chart indie or one of the commercial drug addict releases.
