Dr. Maxine Asher has conducted research on Atlantis for 35 years,

ATLANTIS RESEARCH CONTINUE
As of October 2003, Dr. Maxine Asher and
her team of specialists is continuing to research Atlantis in
Spain and related areas. The new film footage and new film
information will be incorporated in Dr. Asher's upcoming book
(2004), "The Definitive Scientific Evidence for the Existence of
Atlantis." This book is based on Dr. Asher's 30 year exploration
of Atlantis, combined with the work of other credible specialists
in their field. It will also have photographs of the "Atlantis
Research Area" (under the ocean). Sale of the book will be
advertised on this website. In 2004, the time has come to stop
relegating Atlantis to the world of fiction, by giving it
scientific credibility as well as a sound basis for further
research.

Wright of Seattle, Washington for letting us know that in the
Seattle Times, December 2001, and again two years earlier,
there was a reference to Atlantis lying off the coasts of Spain
and France. This theory supports the research done by A.M.R.A. off
the coast of Spain for the past thirty years. John Cesar has
written to say there is a new book about Atlantis called
"Malta-Echoes of Plato's Island". The book, which sells for about
$15.00 can be purchased from the following website:
www.sapienzas.com. Malta has many underground archaeological
ruins that can be visited by tourists and may been survival sites
for people fleeing from the Great flood that destroyed Atlantis.

WHERE IS ATLANTIS? WHY IS
THE TRUTH ABOUT ATLANTIS WITHHELD FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC?
For the past three decades,
the truth about the real location of Atlantis has been
distorted, changed or withheld from the general public on
every documentary produced for television and in the vast
majority of new books on the subject. The story goes
back to 1948 when large portions of the Dead Sea Scrolls,
dealing with Atlantis, were taken away by archaeologists
(representing several of the world's great religions) and
hidden from the general public.
The reason for the
sequestering of information has to do with the history of
the Bible. If the history of the Bible is changed by
revealing the real evidence for Atlantis, all Biblical
history will have to be pushed back 4600 years before the
beginning of civilization in Egypt and will also pre-date
the present Book of Genesis by thousands of years.
Religionists do not want this to happen and the
suppression of this information has caused people to be
misinformed and to place Atlantis in areas ranging from
the South Pole to Antarctica and even countries like Cuba,
where Atlantis definitely does not exist.
If we go back to the
writings of Plato, who talked about Atlantis "beyond the
Gates of Hercules" we know that these Gates were Gibraltar
and Tangier off the coast of Spain. Arab legends
also place Atlantis in the Mediterranean not far from the
Gates (or Pillars) of Hercules. Archaeological
evidence for Atlantis in Spain is overwhelming and some of
the film footage can be seen on this website. There
is still evidence of the Great Flood of 9600 B.C. in Spain
e.g., petroglyphs showing people escaping a great flood,
linguistic evidence, evidence from caves, and thousands of
other pieces of data which definitely put Atlantis in
Spain and also in certain other of the Mediterranean
islands where the survivors of Atlantis fled after the
Flood. Further, if the Bible is correct, the people
landed on Mt. Ararat near Armenia and then came down 400
years later after the Flood subsided to found Jericho,
(now in Palestine) which has been dated at 9200 B.C.
Although there were common connections between Spain, the
Mediterranean and the Americas, THESE CONNECTIONS ARE VERY
RECENT. THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH ATLANTIS WHICH
IS CERTAINLY NOT IN MEXICO, CUBA OR SOUTH AMERICA!
The information given in this
article is very brief. It will soon be recorded for
publication from more than 17 computer disks of hard data
on Atlantis in a book to be published by Dr. Maxine Asher
by 2003.
