FitnessPlus gives you all the tools you need to set a goal for weight loss and decide how to get there.
It takes your information including weight, age, height and blood pressure. You then decide how active you life is to work out how many calories you need to reduce from your daily eating.
Meals are entered during the day and there are lots of foods already entered so all you need to work out is the weight of the food. The program does reveal its American roots here as there are many foods you are unlikely to find in this country. Exercise is not forgotten and you can add daily activities as well.
Despite a strong American bias, this is a useful tool for working out the changes you need to make to your lifestyle to lose weight.
