The objective of PAN Parks is to not only provide for an exchange of ideas but also to promote the implementation of local projects and initiatives. The PAN Parks Foundation established its Small Grants Fund in order to support protected areas in pursuing effective management and sustainable tourism development. Currently the Fund supports only Certified PAN Parks in developing their sustainable tourism development strategy.
