New Changes;

I did away with the {{info}} template. I was not working out the way I planned for it. I'm going though and fixing any HOWTOs with it.

Howto

post any ~~~~ in the Disscussion area on the HOWTO. When these are posted in the main page, it detracts from the contect and I hate to see a ~~~~ every few lines, or a edit war started.

When adding a Howto, we needn't start a new page with information for each and every Linux version. There are so many different types out there, that if we started post a HOWTO for each linux.... this would detract from our focus of advancing Wine.
