The Delhi International Arts Festival, proving to be a nice draw, continues, featuring a variety of programmes ranging from Indian classical dance, Western music, visual arts, puppet performances, percussion ensemble, short films, plays, folk dance performances, kavi saammelan, mushaira and seminars. For dance enthusiasts, in particular, it is going to be a rewarding experience as some of the big stars will be seen in action. And they include Vanasri and Jayarama Rao (Kuchipudi), Charu and Singhajit Singh (Manipuri), Rajendra Gangani (Kathak), Jayaprabha Menon (Mohiniattam), Ranjana Gauhar (Odissi) and Kasnaka Srinivasan (Bharatanatyam). An exhibition of graphic prints of M.F. Husain opens at the IIC for viewing.
