Laurasia
Laurasia was the northern half of Pangea; an
ancient continental mass in the Northern Hemisphere that included North
America, Europe, and Asia. Its existence was proposed by Alexander
Du Toit, a South African geologist, in "Our Wandering Continents" (1937).
