Susan, great story, and so true. Think of the couple of years you missed out on! But then, think of the huge step you made in going in the bookstore and selling your book! Procrastination should be a four letter word! I have had things like that in my life and I can honestly say, once I stopped procrastinating and faced it, I felt so much better about myself and my abilities. This is true both in the business world and also on the personal side. Congrats on the book and the bookstore deal!

Scared Like a Rabbit? Hop to It!
Hi Rincy, Dozens of studies have shown that people perform best (and feel best) when they're doing the work that they love...and that doing "drudge work" actually causes physiological and psychological stress. I'll write a blog about this sometime this week. Thanks for the topic -- and sorry to hear you're having a hard time.

Scared Like a Rabbit? Hop to It!
when you ask someone how they are doing? they will 99.9% reply..'fine'..you expected that..and they know you expect that one worded reply..we are expected to supress our real thoughts and emotions and act our so called 'normal' self or put on fake self to make life easier and comfortable for everyone..in such circumstances i think the best way to find well being is being truly happy with who you are..i think if we can stand our own company without seeking out too many other distractions..we have reached there..we are truly fine..and found our 'well being' ...
