Maxi Consolas (Portugal)
All the key elements of the game are present on this remake. The graphics look quite detailed and colored new backgrounds have been introduced to make it look alive. A new Continue option, unlocked by mini games completion, will welcome the new players. The game itself remains as addictive as it’s always been and it’s an excellent choice if you like this genre. A mediocre entry in the Bub and Bob saga, too irritating to ever be absorbing, and missing the sparkle of the mighty original. Some nice ideas meet the frustration of poor level design. [Apr 2007, p.56]
