Nova closes 100pc higher on debut, BUSINESS TIMES

NOVA MSC Bhd, which made its debut on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange
(KLSE) yesterday, closed 100 per cent higher at 56 sen apiece against its
offer price of 28 sen a share.
The most active counter for the day raced to a high of 69 sen before
settling at 56 sen at the close for a gain of 31 sen on a volume of 82.75
million shares traded.
Nova made a public issue of 55 million new shares of 10 sen each at an
issue price of 28 sen. Its public offer of five million shares was oversubscribed
by 40.
