There are several museums and galleries in the huge Ueno park, only 10 minutes away from Akiba by foot, but I visited the National Musem of Nature and Science today. Other than the general global concepts and fossils, it was nice to see a part of Japanese craftsmanships, history, and culture.

It’s been a while since I last entered a Lycee trading card game tournament, but I was able to catch one tonight. There were total of 6 participants and played a match with three of them. I actually didn’t win any games, but at least received another particpation prize~ (more…)

I was the last one to leave from work today (you slow poke!), but I didn’t feel lonely because we have a radio! Ever since I started working, my company would always turn on the radio to this channel called J-WAVE. It must be one of the most popular station in Tokyo because I also heard it from the small stores while walking along the back street of Akihabara. (more…)

A new series of Evangelion UCC Coffee cans were sold in Akiba today, and they were the Maid versions of Asuka and Rei! But after looking at them closely, it wasn’t a collaboration for Akihabara or the new movies, but for the pachinko slot game. (more…)
