Tailors take cloth and turn in into cloth armor and bags. Cloth drops off most humanoid NPCs in the game, and comes in six different types:

Pattern: Bolt of Woolen Cloth. Needed to Make: Woolen Cloth x3

Pattern: Bolt of Silk Cloth. Needed to Make: Silk Cloth x4

Pattern: Bolt of Mageweave. Needed to Make: Mageweave cloth x5

Pattern: Bolt of Runecloth. Needed to Make: Runecloth x5
