World of Warcraft Instance Guide

Level Range: 24 to 40

Location: Dun Morogh

Entrance

The Entrance is in the northwestern part of Dun Morogh (coordinates 24,40). For Alliance characters, the closest flightpath is Ironforge.

For Horde Characters, the closest flightpath is too far away to be practical. The best way to get there is to use the transporter. First, talk to a quest giver named Sovlik, in Orgrimmar. He will give you a quest to go to Booty Bay. There you'll encounter Scooty and his transporter which will take you directly into Gnomeregan.

3) The Clean Zone is an Alliance NPC area, that has vendors and a mailbox. You can also use the Sparklematic 5200 to clean grime covered items, including the ring for the Grime Covered Ring quest.

Just past the Clean Zone is an area filled with troggs and several Alarm-a-bomb 2600s. These easily identifiable robots explode if they come to close to a player. Try to destroy them at range.

4) Grubbis

5) Electrocutioner 6000 uses chain lightning, and drops the workshop key.

6) Mekgineer Thermaplugg drops bombs that must be destroyed before they explode. Also has a push that causes tanks to loose aggro.

7) Engineering Labs

8) Workshop entrance, requires the workshop key.
