Historian Patrick Noel Mellen's letter regarding NUMA, novelist Clive Cussler, Dr. E. Lee Spence and the discovery of the wreck of the Civil War submarine H.L. Hunley. Mellen describes hearing one of NUMA's divers telling Spence "Lee, I just wanted you to know, the whole team agrees that you found it first."
