| It's time to start tracking weekly game sales charts for the UK. The Top 40 is available each week, but 20 should be enough. Nobody cares about 21-40. Multiplatform game sales are combined. Unfortunately, unit sales are not available.
Week Ending November 13 1) Halo 2 (Xbox) 2) Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (PS2) 3) WWE SmackDown! vs. Raw (PS2) 4) FIFA 2005 5) Football Manager 2005 (PC) 6) The Getaway: Black Monday (PS2) 7) Pro Evolution Soccer 4 8) Lord of the Rings: The Third Age 9) Sonic Heroes 10) The Urbz: Sims in the City 11) Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2005 12) Shark Tale 13) Tony Hawk's Underground 2 14) The Simpsons Hit & Run 15) The Sims 2 (PC) 16) EyeToy: Play 2 (PS2) 17) Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal (PS2) 18) Burnout 3: Takedown 19) Finding Nemo 20) Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow
The big two, Halo 2 and San Andreas, battle it out at the top.
More charts are available weekly from Chart-Track (http://www.chart-track.co.uk). |

| | Yeeaah! Nice one Steve, there are the kinds of figures that interest me (and other UK'ers) on the forum!
I wonder how HL2 will effect that chart? It was nearly sold out in ASDA yesterday (thats Wallmart to you). I didn't get it though as im waiting for the collectors edition. |
|
| | ASDA? I thought TESCO was considered to be the Walmart of UK.
Also, it seems Paper Mario is not in the chart. This is bad for Nintendo. |
|
| | Nope, ADSA is owned by Wallmart. |
|
| | Though Tesco does a lot more business, and has a market share closer to Walmart in the USA.
Why buy games from supermarkets though? On-line deals are always much better. People are just too impatient. |
