This data product contains statistics on wheat—including the five classes
of wheat: hard red winter, hard red spring, soft red winter, white, and
durum—and rye. Includes
data published in the monthly Wheat Outlook and previously annual Wheat
Yearbook. Data are monthly, quarterly, and/or annual depending upon the data
series. Most data are on a marketing year basis, but some are calendar year.
Available data include:
• Supply: beginning stocks, production, and imports;
• Demand: utilization for food, seed, feed and residual, exports, and ending stocks;
