| storyline |
Jean Paul wandered
around New Gotham in the snow and happened upon some men beating a
"DeeZee." Without the help of Azrael, Jean Paul was also
victimized. When the attackers left, he realized the other man was
his old friend, Dr. Brian Bryan. Neither with direction, they went
to Dr. Leslie Thompkins, who offered to help them start up a
clinic. Batman appeared - he'd purchased an abandoned church for
them and requested that Azrael not retire fully. The men who'd
attacked them followed Brian back into the church. Azrael scared
them off. |
