But like others have said, I think it is a combination of Japanese sentiment, and the fact that they are lagging behind with where games are headed. The same exact game can land on their loyal system and it will sell assloads more, and look at the list of games they buy for their systems, tons of remakes and rehash spit outs. Most of these new Japanese developed games like Lost Planet, etc are definitely geared towards western gamers, and they know this. more »
