by Shawn White (2007-12-21)

Japanese Web site Dengeki revealed new details about the Wii version of Baroque today.

Baroque on Wii will include a new first-person perspective that utilizes motion controls and can be switched to anytime during gameplay. Developer Sting also intends to fine-tune some of the balance and difficulty, and will add a quick save feature that can be used in dungeons.

The Wii version of Baroque will support two control schemes: Wii Remote and Nunchuk, and Classic Controller. Widescreen will additionally be implemented.

Baroque is a post-apocalyptic dungeon-crawling action-RPG. The game is expected to be released in North America during February 2008. The Wii version will also ship in Japan around the same time, but a PAL release has not been mentioned.
