Digiweb today announced their third consecutive podium finish in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Awards, a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in Ireland for 2007.
Rankings are based on average percentage revenue growth over five years. Digiweb grew 1938% percent during this period. This achievement follows Digiweb’s recent recognition as ICT and Telecommunications Irish Company of the Year in April 2007.
Digiweb’s Managing Director, Colm Piercy, credits an excellent management team and strong workforce with the company’s 1938% revenue growth over the past five years.

If you trade under your own name, and want to use your name for your website and email (for example www.jamesmurphy.ie or james@jamesmurphy.ie), you have until Wednesday 31st of October to secure it!
On the 31st of October, the rules for registering personal domain names will be relaxed, allowing anyone with that name to register the domain name - you will no longer have first rights to the domain name if you use it to trade.
To secure your .ie domain name, all you need to do is:
- Apply for the domain name with Digiweb
- Provide us with your VAT number OR a letter from the your solicitor, accountant or bank manager confirming that you trade under your own name.
- That’s it - once done, you can use your own name for your website name and email.

Digiweb’s Metro Broadband and Phone Service which is available throughout major Irish cities and large towns throughout Ireland is now available in Wicklow
Digiweb’s Engineers have spent their summer holidays in the beautiful coastal town of Arklow, but it wasn’t just evening strolls on the North Beach or picnics by the Avoca River, They’ve been busy expanding Digiweb’s super fast Metro Broadband network to this beautiful historic town as well as other parts of Wicklow.
