• Page B30, example of stellar reduction, Step 2, E_B, the time derivative of E_B, and S_B were taken from the JPL DE200/LE200, rather than the DE405/LE405 barycentric ephemeris. However, this did not affect the final apparent place.

• Page E43, semidiameter at unit distance for Pluto:

  for 2.07, read 1.65.

Satellites of the Planets, Section F

• Page F6, Diagram title:

  delete "at Opposition." There is no opposition of Mars in 2004.

• Page F59, missing greatest northern elongations of Miranda:
