Jay Onrait co-hosts the 2 a.m. ET weekday edition of SportsCentre alongside Dan O'Toole, bringing viewers a complete summary of the day's sports events, including highlights and post-game reports. Viewers can also catch Onrait and O'Toole each morning as the 2 a.m. ET broadcast repeats on a loop until noon ET the following day.

Onrait, a native of Athabasca, Alta., joined NHL Network in 2001 as host of both the network's flagship show NHL On The Fly and Molson That's Hockey 2. He also filled in during the summer of 2002 as co-host of various editions of SportsCentre.

Onrait first joined TSN in 1996 as an editorial assistant. He later went on to become sports director at Global TV in Saskatoon and then spent two years as the host of the Big Breakfast show on the A-Channel in Winnipeg.

Onrait graduated from Ryerson University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts in Radio and Television Arts.
