Off the Record

Ten years ago, TSN created a 30-minute daily sports debate show focusing on the hottest topics in the world of sports. Today, it is one of the most successful talk shows in Canadian television history. In 2006-07, Off The Record celebrated its 10th Anniversary, marking a decade of the best in sports jock talk. Never one to pull punches, host Michael Landsberg – who has been with TSN since the network launched in 1984 – is considered Canada’s king of in-your-face debate and one of the best interviewers in the country. He is joined for another season of famous faces from the world of sports, with a strong focus on hockey guests. Some of the guests who have appeared on the show include Pat Burns, Pat Quinn, Sidney Crosby, Alexander Ovechkin, Gary Bettman and David Stern. Also returning this year are the popular segments Up Front and Next Question. Off the Record airs regularly Monday through Friday at 6 p.m. ET (encores at 3 a.m. ET and 12 noon ET).
