Chris Perugini may be an OHL rookie, but he hasn't looked the part so far.

Perugini stopped all three shootout attempts and Jamie McGinn scored the deciding goal Sunday to lift the Ottawa 67's to a 4-3 come-from-behind victory over the Kingston Frontenacs in Ontario Hockey League action.

Perugini, making just his second OHL start, denied Jesse Brown, Cory Emmerton and Nathan Moon. McGinn beat Kingston netminder Jason Guy to improve the 67s' start on the season to 4-0-0-1.

"It was a good time," said the 16-year-old Perugini, who earned the win in his first-ever OHL shootout to improve to 2-0 on the season. "I thrive off pressure. I just kept calm and did what I could do."

Elsewhere in the OHL on Sunday, it was: Guelph 5, London 0; Niagara 7, Sudbury 4; Peterborough 4, Oshawa 3 (SO); Kitchener 4, Sarnia 2; and Sault Ste. Marie 7, Owen Sound 4.

At Ottawa, Methot, Thomas Kiriakou and Michael Latta scored in regulation for the 67's.

Brown had a goal and an assist for the Frontenacs, while Moon and Bobby Mignardi scored the other goals for Kingston (1-3-0-1).

Perugini and Guy each made 34 stops throughout regulation and overtime.

The Frontenacs finished 1-for-4 on the power play while Ottawa went 2-for-5 with the man advantage.

Storm 5 Knights 0

At Guelph, Ont., Drew Doughty scored three power-play goals and Cody St. Jacques stopped 28 shots as the Storm (2-1-0-0) blanked London (0-3-0-0).

IceDogs 7 Wolves 4

At St. Catharines, Ont., Alex Pietrangelo had three goals and two assists while Gianluca Caputi scored twice to lead Niagara (3-1-0-0) past lowly Sudbury (0-5-0-0).

Petes 4 Generals 3 (SO)

At Oshawa, Ont., Zach Bogosian had the game winner in the seventh round of the shootout as Peterborough (3-0-0-0) overcame two goals from John Tavares to beat the Generals (3-0-0-1).

Rangers 4 Sting 2

At Sarnia, Ont., Thomas Battani scored the game winner with 2:48 left in regulation while Justin Azevedo added a pair of goals as Kitchener (3-0-0-0) downed the Sting (1-4-0-0).

Greyhounds 7 Attack 4

At Sault Ste. Marie, Ont., James Livingston, Jacob Lalonde and Arron Alphonso each scored twice as the Greyhounds (5-0-0-0) cruised past Owen Sound (1-4-0-0).
