 The President’s Volunteer Service Award, an initiative of the President’s Council on Service and Civic Participation, honors America’s volunteers and encourages even more Americans to get involved.
 The Federal Human Capital Survey (FHCS) gauges employees’ perceptions of their jobs, the leadership qualities of their managers, and the performance culture and talent capacity of their agencies. The results of opinions expressed by the DOE workforce on the 2006 FHCS are now available.

 The Online Learning Center (OLC2) is the Department of Energy’s (DOE) electronic web-based learning site that accommodates the e-learning needs of our federal employees. The OLC2 offers DOE specified courseware including mandatory training and other courses.
