Persistent rain forced Scotland's second World Twenty20 group match against India at Kingsmead in Durban to be abandoned without a ball being bowled.
The weather broke long enough for the Scots to win the toss and Ryan Watson elected to bowl but the teams never managed to get on the field as the rain returned and officials called it off at more than three hours after it should have started.
One point each for the sides mean Scotland, who have already lost to Pakistan, could still qualify for the knockout stages.
For that to happen India have to lose to their sub-continental rivals on Friday with a worse net run-rate than the Scots' -2.55.
