In Memory of Elgin

Three-year-old Elgin Fraser succumbed to cancer just hours after he watched his favourite team, the Ottawa Senators earn a berth in the Stanley Cup final. Elgin died of a rare form of childhood cancer that affects the nervous system called neuroblastoma.
