Argonauts celebrate
Khalil Carter's 68-yard TD run off a lateral led the Toronto Argonauts to an important 35-17 win over the Montreal Alouettes on Friday night.
Toronto tailback Robert Edwards, released earlier this year by Montreal, got back at his former team in a big way late in the third. He rumbled 57 yards deep into Als territory before scoring on a one-yard run at 1:46 of the fourth to put the Argos ahead 28-10. Edwards finished with 115 yards rushing on 15 carries.
