About the CBA

The Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) is an agreement between the AFLPA (on behalf of AFL players) and the AFL (on behalf of clubs).

Through the CBA, players agree to the restraints of draft, salary cap and equalisation of revenue in return for minimum terms and conditions and certainty of payments.

The current CBA is available for downloading from this page.  Past CBAs may also be downloaded.
