The AFLPA's annual Executive & Delegates conference was deemed a great success with thirty one AFLPA player representatives attending the two day conference.
Held over Thursday the 30th of November and Friday the 1st of December, the conference offered player representatives and AFLPA staff with the opportunity to spend quality time and effort on planning and discussing issues relevant to players as a collective.
The group also discussed the vital role of the club delegate, exploring the roles and responsibilities inherent in representing a group.
The conference plays a vital role in ensuring the AFLPA remains a member owned and member driven organisation.
The group also enjoyed a dinner address by former Labor leader Simon Crean who spoke widely on leadership and what it takes to be a successful and effective representative.
