Polly and Suzy are sisters who grew up in a large family in the suburbs of London . Suzy is an actress who has worked extensively in theatre and TV and whose many roles include appearing as a headless body in Inspector Morse. Polly spent ten years organising the Society of London Theatre's Laurence Olivier Awards, but has now given up bossing people around at work, so that she can boss her family around instead. Polly is married to an actor and has two children, Ella (8) and Jojo (5) and lives in London . Suzy is married to a photographer and has a boy, Elmo (4) and lives in Dorset .

Published in June 2003, their first book I'm Bored! is a collection of fun and original ideas to amuse and enthuse children of all ages.
