Oakley Detonator Watches

Take a look at Oakley's analog chronograph watch, the Detonator. Its "mad science mentality" makes it look like something a futuristic James Bond might wear. The watch features a 7-hand display, a strong 3-D internal frame, and an impact-forged stainless steel case. Although you can't use it to blow things up, the watch does measure 1/5-second intervals, elapsed time, split time, accumulated time, and dual competitor time. It comes in several color combinations (some with carbon fiber!) and a 3-year battery. More Oakley watches.

Oakley Livestrong Sunglasses

In Thailand, people wear yellow to show their support for their king. In our corner of the world, yellow often symbolizes support for the Lance Armstrong Foundation, which helps cancer survivors. Oakley has just released these special edition Livestrong sunglasses, the Radar (top) and the Flak Jacket. Both styles have interchangeable, polarized lenses that reduce glare, balance bright sunlight, maximize peripheral vision, and resist moisture, oil, and dust. $20 from each sale goes to the Lance Armstrong Foundation. Nixon Vega Watches

Some people like to wear watches that look like miniature airplane cockpits (e.g., the Tag Heuer Formula 1). But those of us who believe that less is more, and who don't participate in any Extreme Sports other than riding public transportation, just want simple, stylish watches that don't cost a fortune. We love these oversized Nixon Vega watches for their clean lines, bold colors, simple polycarbonate stretch bands, and double-digit price tags. Available in multiple colors ($2 from every pink one goes to Boarding for Breast Cancer). More Nixon watches.

Oakley Nanowire Sunglasses

New from Oakley: Nanowire rimless sunglasses, featuring titanium alloy frames that weigh next to nothing and adapt to fit your face. Available in 3 different styles and several colors, the unisex polarized sunglasses feature Oakley's high-definition optics, anti-reflective and water-repellent coatings, and plutonite lenses that filter out all UV rays. They can also take prescription lenses. They're not cheap, but if you order from Zappos, you get free shipping both ways - but you probably won't want to return them. See all Oakley sunglasses.

Paul Frank Freedom Of Choice Watches

We used to associate Paul Frank with that silly monkey character on shrunken pre-teen t-shirts. So we were impressed when we discovered that Paul Frank makes cool-looking watches for grown-ups. Like this Freedom of Choice watch, with its irregular 5-sided face and walnut dial. Paul Frank calls it a men's watch, but we think it would look pretty good on a female wrist too. Choose black leather or mesh stainless steel strap. More Paul Frank watches for men and women.
