Parents Weigh In on Children's Internet Use

Day to Day, June 19, 2007 · Parents have different opinions about what Web sites are appropriate for children to view.

Some said sites, such as YouTube, are too racy for their children's eyes, while others think as long as they are supervised the sites are okay. But most parents agree it is best to counsel children not to give out personal information.

A parent talks to her 9-year-old son about his Internet use and surveys parents at her son's school about how much access to the Internet they give their children.
