Bank details, addresses, dates of birth: it's your information - but is it safe - and secure?
The mobile phone giant Orange has tonight been challenged to explain how well it's protecting its 14 and a half million customers - after Channel 4 News discovered they could be vulnerable to fraud.
A former employee told this programme that at one call centre - staff with access to customer details - share the same computer log-ins and passwords.
The information commissioner called that 'unacceptable' - and they've called Orange in to explain.
The company said it was unaware of any fraudulent activity - and has launched an investigation. Emily Reuben has this exclusive report.
