quotes

"I think people are way, way, way, way too crazy about labels and fitting into one group or the other. I don’t think gender and I don’t think sexuality are as simple as that."

-- Andrew McInnery, film director and producer

Call for Articles

American Sexuality is particularly interested in strengthening our coverage of two areas:

  • Policy analysis in the areas of reproductive and sexual health
  • The relationship between sexual literacy and individuals in their communities

Researchers and writers, graduate students, and community-based advocates and practitioners are encouraged to submit proposals for articles in these areas.

American Sexuality, published by San Francisco State University’s National Sexuality Resource Center (NSRC), is meant to be accessible to nonacademic audiences and is available freely on the Web at: www.americansexuality.org.

Please contact Joyce Nishioka, Editor-in-Chief, with questions and proposals for articles.
