'Marketplace' Report: Organic Regulations

Day to Day, June 11, 2007 · Many organic food producers are upset over a Department of Agriculture proposal to allow 38 non-organic ingredients in foods stamped with the organic seal. This seems to validate their long-held fear that big businesses would move to change the definition of what's organic in order to qualify.
