The US box. SEGA CD games came in over-sized cardboard boxes making them difficult to keep in good condition.



The Japanese version came in the usual CD jewel case, and the artwork features the 3 main characters. In the background behind the logo you can see part of the artwork used for the US box.



The PAL version featured the Japanese artwork but with a different background.



Sadly, the name changes to the first 2 boss characters in the SNES version were also included here. So Damnd is now Thrasher, and Sodom is Katana. Of course in the Japanese version the bosses kept their original names.



Surprisingly, Poison and Roxy stayed in all regions of the game, although there were some alterations made. These close up shots show the differences between the Japanese version (left) and the US version (right).
