Cancellation Policy
In order to cover administrative costs, there will be a service charge for all cancelled registrations. If you need to cancel your conference registration, you will be assessed a $150 service charge until September 21, 2007. Regrettably, no refunds will be given on cancellations received after September 21, 2007.
Phone cancellations will not be accepted. Written cancellations must be sent via e-mail to voicesthatmatter@peachpit.com or faxed to 617-848-6565.
Cancellations will not change your hotel reservations. All hotel modifications or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. Pearson Technology Group is not responsible for any hotel penalties.
Pearson Technology Group reserves the right to make changes in the programs and speakers, or to cancel sessions if enrollment criteria are not met, or when conditions beyond its control prevail. All sessions, excluding pre-conference workshops, are filled on a first-come, first-seated basis. Arrive early to ensure a seat!
Recording devices and cameras (still or video) are prohibited.
