No Guarantee of Delivery

Your account is charged per message, per intended recipient, irrespective of whether the message actually reaches the handset. If the handset is switched off, is out of range, or is incompatible, there is a possibility that the message will not reach the handset. BlueSkyFrog will continue to attempt to deliver the message for seven days after you send it. You will only be charged once, regardless of how many attempts BlueSkyFrog make to deliver the message. A list of compatible mobile handsets is available on the icons and ringtones pages.

Compatible Mobile Phones

BlueSkyFrog offers in the web site are available on nearly all GSM mobile phones. However, phone graphics and ringtones are available only on selected mobile handsets. This is an issue with the handset manufacturers which is out of BlueSkyFrog's control.

To prevent any disappointment, we ask that you do not attempt to send ringtones or graphics to mobile phones that are not listed under the compatible handsets section of our website, as downloads will be unsuccessful. CDMA phones cannot receive Icons or Ringtones. Please do not attempt to send icons or ringtones to CDMA phones, as you will be charged Bugz regardless if the delivery is successful or not.

Virus Warning

The internet and world wide web are unsecured public networks. There is a risk that:
(a) information sent to or from this web site may be intercepted, corrupted or modified by third parties;
(b) files obtained from or through this web site may contain computer viruses or other defects.

BlueSkyFrog makes no representation that the content of this website complies with the laws (including intellectual property laws) of any country outside Australia.
