General enquiries
For general enquiries to Leeds City Council, please use our online enquiry form. Your email will be forwarded to the relevant service to deal with your enquiry. To make a complaint or a compliment to the council about any council service, please use our online complaints form.

Emergency contacts
If you require a council service in an emergency outside of normal service hours (Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00, unless otherwise stated), you can contact our emergency out of hours service. For further advice about what counts as an emergency and what numbers to ring, please visit the list of emergency telephone numbers.

Press and media enquiries
The corporate communications office is open for press and media enquires 08:00 - 17:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 17:00 on Fridays. Telephone: 0113 247 4328. There is an out of hours service for urgent press enquiries which is available at all other times, on 0113 395 0244.
