Saints Row is developed by Volition, a crazy group of talented game developers hiding out in a little town called Champaign, Illinois. In true 3rd Street Saint fashion, we have blackmailed one of the dev team to update us with a personal blog about the goings on at Volition during the last few months of game development, so keep an eye out for his updates.

Check this out. Really quite cool. Daz Dillinger did one of the original soundtracks in the game - don't know if you've heard it/found it yet in game.
By now many of you would have spent plenty of precious hours in the Row. But what I want to know is, have you found any cheats/hidden stuff in the game yet? It doesn't even have to be hidden - you can just tell us about something cool.
I have created a new forum post - In Saints Row I found....that you can post your comments in. Come on - don't be shy - don't be coy - just share with us
I've never rented a game from any of these places but I heard that that a lot of people rent games before they buy. I was in a Hollywood video on Tuesday and they had the game in for rental and the manager there said that a lot of people were doing that these days,.....
Well by now most of you would have already got your copy of Saints Row. I got mine! If anyone is having trouble finding your way around in the game I saw the Brady Strategy in the store yesterday and bought a copy. It's pretty sweet. They also have an online store and some online hints and tips (gameplay trailers) that I checked out which were pretty cool as well. Just in case you need help (which I'm sure most of you don't hardened gangstas that you are) check out their web site: http://www.bradygames.com
Well guys & gals - it's been a pretty ride over the last couple of months, the highs and the lows, the roughs and the smooths, the joys and the pains. It is pretty amazing that Saints Row is finally going to actually hit the street next Tuesday and people will see that it was all worth it.
The game is a truly shining example of how to do open-world gaming on next gen. It's not one of those 25 to Life/Bulletproof type of affairs, that tried and were somewhat trying (my opinion only - disclaimer, disclaimer) which I think most people get by now, but rather an improvement in the emerging open world genre.
You'll like it. Alot in fact. You might even LOVE it more than your girlfriend for a time. But one thing is for sure - you'll be spending plenty hours of your life playing it. Over and over again.
Enjoy crew! I'll ramble again in a few days or so. Hope you'll be online next Tuesday giving me your opinions on what you like and don't like from your short time with the game once you get your grubby mits on a copy
Ya'll take care now.

Check out the official site http://www.saintsrow.com for the latest screens and flythroughs. I think the trailers were already released on GameSpot or IGN but the flythroughs are pretty sweet looking as are some of the new 360 screenshots. Worth a look ya'll.
Word.
OMG - 7 days and counting.................
Hey all
Just saw that some online advertising has just started on http://www.teamxbox.com/ . If you roll over the top banner and wait a little you'll be given some questions. If you get 5 right in a row you get to see an exclusive trailer (well I've not seen it before).
Check it out!
Woooooooooohhhhh hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh hhhhhaa aaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh hhhhhhhhhhhhh hhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Dont ya just love Fridays? It's time to start winding down from the week - got the weekend of partying to look forward to! ALSO I just heard that they are going to put some new stuff up on the official web site later on today which I've told you about so if you're a member of this union you'd already know that right!?
17 days until launch. Man I am getting pumped! And I don't mean in the sic way you might be thinking! I know I'm an old HO but I am retired!
Peeps of the Row - listen up! There's a hot new community site up and running called SinnersHQ. Check it out (link above)! It's a community where you get a chance to actually get some really cool gear for just sharing your love of the game. I've joined up. If you have any questions just ask the Lieutenant who runs it.
Just wanted to let ya'll know that the new and improved www.saintsrow.com is now fully functioning with screens, wallpapers, trailers - you name it. I've been promised it will be updated on a weekly basis so keep checking back when you get a chance to see what new and groovy stuff is revealed.
Also I'll start posting the best of the best fan sites here as they emerge. I'm gonna give swag away to the best sites too cause I'm nice like that even though I am an old hag!

So not only have we seen the launch of an (in my humble opinion anyway) excellent community web site from the boys at Volition but the Saints Row.com web site itself has had a make over. And it's not bad I have to say, but I'm bias because I'm a sucker for all things related to the Row as you know.
Does that make me easy? I guess it does huh? But then again being an old madam from the red light district that's no surprise.
Anywho, check out the new site at www.saintsrow.com. Not all the links are working yet, but that will probably be rectified next week. I have set up a new tread in the forums, so if you have a fan site you want the new web site to link to post your URL in the thread and if the site is appropriate we'll link to it!!!
Bye for now you pimps you.

OK OK so I'll spoil ya'll with a double post today

I sneaked into a multiplayer press event in San Fran this week. How I got in I don't know, but I was disguised as one of the Freckle Bit**** surving burgers from the van and I don't think anyone noticed. After a swig of a forty I plucked up the courage to sweet talk some nice young journalist to give up his seat in a multiplayer match and I WHOOPED some a**! None of you lot was there so you'll have to take my word for it. I'm probably going to get banged up for this but what the hell - no one cares what li'll ol me says anyways. Read on for more.......</
Hollah hommies!
So if you are lucky enough to get a subscription to the Official Xbox Managzine and have the Saints Row demo already then good for you! If you don't then all is not lost. The demo is also on a bonus DVD that you get when you pre-order the game in EB, GameStop, Best Buy, GameCrazy and other retailers - this bonus DVD should be in retail the week of the 24th July so you'll still get it before anyone else. The demo will go live from what I've heard on August 1 on Xbox Live.
Saints Row is hotting up and if you don't jump on board you'll get left behind. I'm tellin' ya! I might be just a crazy old HO from the streets but I know a good one when I see it! These guys know a good game when they see it too - they seem to be pretty hot SR. Has anyone checked out Stuff mag this month? They gave it a 5/5 review score! Sweet Mary Jane! Lordy lordy - this has gotten me v. excited.
Check it out yourself. I bet Volition are happy with that. Nice one gents!
